RTB manager

ADxAD is an ad network for advertisers, media buyers and webmasters, on the market since 2018. We work across dating, gambling, betting, nutra, e-commerce, crypto and several other verticals, with traffic from Tier-1 regions and Asia. Formats include banners, pop, push and video.

Over 500M impressions daily from our own exclusive traffic sources. The core of the business is RTB (Real-Time Bidding) auction on a CPM model, running on our own in-house platform (not white label).

What you'll be doing

• RTB traffic optimization - your main area of ownership: analyzing source performance, optimizing buying, improving traffic quality, growing volumes, managing existing setups
• Working with RTB partners: communicating with current partners, quality control, relationship development, launching new opportunities (sourcing new partners is not a core task, roughly ~5% of time)
• Getting deep into the in-house RTB platform: understanding the technical side of the RTB ecosystem, launch processes and optimization, working closely with the CTO (no coding required)
• Financial side of the direction: reporting, tracking key metrics

What we're looking for

Must have:

• 2+ years of RTB experience
• Genuine hands-on traffic work (not just team management)
• Experience optimizing traffic sources
• Experience working with partners
• Solid understanding of RTB processes from the inside
• Independence and ownership of results

Nice to have:

• Experience with in-house platforms (not white label)
• AdTech background, knowledge of DSP/SSP
• Understanding of affiliate/arbitrage funnels
