Who are we?
M. ROSENFELD is a European e-commerce company that has been exporting branded hookah products to the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan for 7+ years. Our main sales channels are Amazon and Shopify.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant who lives and breathes numbers — someone with a professional obsession for accuracy, the kind of person who can't leave a discrepancy unresolved. 

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure financial accuracy across the whole company.
• Prepare and maintain financial reporting for management.
• Handle European VAT, OSS, and international tax processes.
• Manage accounting in QuickBooks.
• Ensure accurate reporting through tax services (Taxually).
• Oversee cash flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience (experience as Chief/Head Accountant is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of European VAT, OSS, AEAT.
• Experience working in international or European companies is an advantage.
• Confident QuickBooks user.
• English: Intermediate or higher.
