In this role, you will be responsible for product growth using paid marketing in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

About the role

This is a position for a person with no experience. Therefore, the focus will be on learning to write advertising texts, edit videos, and work with advertising campaigns in Meta. The most important thing a candidate must demonstrate is the ability to learn quickly.

We’ll train you from scratch and share real hands-on experience working with large advertising budgets in the U.S. market.

✅ Your main responsibilities:

Your core focus will be producing ad creatives:

— writing ad scripts in English
— designing static ad creatives
— editing video creatives

Over time, you’ll also get involved in ad campaign management, but at the beginning, your role will be focused entirely on creative production.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all MongoDB-related topics, including reviewing and approving configuration and deployment changes.
• Manage, maintain, and support MongoDB databases across Atlas and on-premise environments.
• Administer and support SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases in both on-premise and AWS environments.
• Continuously monitor database health, performance, and availability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize SQL queries and improve database schema design.
• Ensure high availability (HA) and implement robust disaster recovery (DR) strategies to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to long-term database architecture planning and scalability initiatives.
• Execute database changes, apply patches, and manage version upgrades.
• Support the design and maintenance of data extraction pipelines from MongoDB and SQL Server.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems as needed.

  
  Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Team Management
• 4+ years of experience working with data platforms, including at least 2 years in a DBA role supporting MongoDB and relational databases (infrastructure and application support).
• Hands-on experience in data engineering (Airflow preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS.
• Advanced T-SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and data integrity best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong algorithmic thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

About the project:
The project is dedicated to the Sales Tax area: building a SaaS solution that helps clients track and forecast their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a cloud-based infrastructure solution in Azure
• Deploy infrastructure as code
• Building fully automated CIСD pipelines for SaaS applications on the MS Azure platform
• Monitoring, reporting, graphing, and alerting across all infrastructure services
• Build and deploy Docker containers in an orchestrated environment
• Detect and monitor security issues
• Monitor and measure systems for performance, load & capacity planning
• Ensure that Day to Day support and maintenance of these systems is managed within best practice guidelines, which include dealing with escalations as well as communications and stakeholder management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience
• Commercial work experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
• Decent experience in Linux/Windows Server administration
• Well-versed in TCP/IP, HTTP, and complex cloud network and security topologies
• Good knowledge of Azure stack (AKS, VMs, Blob, VNet, SQL Databases, CDN, DNS, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and Terraform
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience setting up monitoring tools (Application Insights, Datadog)
• Basic scripting and automating skills (PowerShell, bash)
