At PwC, our people in integration and platform architecture focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients. Those in solution architecture at PwC will design and implement innovative technology solutions.

The Solution Architect will join a team that manages and enhances the ServiceNow platforms and products for the PwC network of firms. We are currently focused on building a new global instance, migrating users from our legacy instance, and delivering new ServiceNow products and solutions aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will design solutions that align business requirements with baseline product capabilities to deliver business outcomes and value.
• You will manage the product roadmap(s) and contribute to the strategy for offering new features and products to customers.
• You will collaborate with a globally inclusive cross-functional team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• You will act as a subject matter expert on one or more ServiceNow products and the value they offer to the network of firms.
• You will provide guidance and support to development teams and customers aligning requirements to baseline product usage, minimizing customization.
• As a part of the broader global technology organization, you will solve problems and build trust through solutions that advance PwC strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementer, Solution Architect, or technical architect.
• Relevant certifications and training.
• Advanced skills in one or more ServiceNow products.
• Preference for fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Customer centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Software development life cycle, project delivery, and agile development experience.
• Business process design experience a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Experience in managing operations aligned with organizational vision.
• Ability to identify trends and validate client outcomes using analytics.
• Experience in process automation and operational productivity improvements.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management frameworks.
