Sales manager/Business developer manager
We are looking for someone to build and grow sales and partnerships in Asia—the region with the highest concentration of payment systems, exchanges, and crypto B2B players.
Responsibilities:

— Identify and onboard new B2B clients (payment systems, exchange platforms, crypto services) in Asia
— Attend industry-specific exhibitions and conferences (crypto, fintech, blockchain) for networking
— Build personal relationships with potential partners and conduct negotiations
— Manage deals from initial contact through to client onboarding
— Maintain and develop existing partnerships
— Analyze the market, competitors, and client needs in the region
What we’re looking for:
— Experience in B2B sales, preferably in crypto/fintech/payment systems
— Willingness and ability to travel throughout Asia (for trade shows and meetings)
— Understanding of the crypto market (or willingness to quickly immerse yourself in it): what TRON, Energy/Bandwidth, and USDT transactions are
— English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication with partners
— Sociability, persistence, and the ability to build long-term relationships
— A systematic approach and a focus on results, not just “going through the motions”
— An established network of contacts in the Asian payments/crypto industry
— Experience participating in industry trade shows as a company representative
Terms:
— Long-term collaboration
— Work format: remote + business travel to trade shows/meetings
— Compensation: base salary + commission / bonus for closed deals (terms negotiable)

— A formal approach of “just sending out sales pitches”
— Unwillingness to travel to in-person events
