WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 2+ years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Smartico.
• Understanding of how to create and launch email campaigns and bonus mechanics in these platforms.
• Strong understanding of user segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of CRM content and promotional campaign creation.
