CRO Specialist / Funnel Manager

๐Ÿš€ We're Hiring: CRO Specialist / Funnel Manager

We're a high-volume performance marketing company โ€” and we're looking for someone who is obsessed with conversion data and knows how to act on it fast.

 

This isn't a "build pretty pages" role. We need a ruthless optimizer. Someone who lives inside tracker dashboards, runs aggressive A/B tests, and knows exactly when to cut a losing funnel and scale a winner.

 

What you'll own:
โ†’ Daily management, setup, and optimization of landing pages, offers, and traffic flows inside Keitaro (or equivalent trackers like Voluum / Binom)
โ†’ Formulate hypotheses, launch split tests (headlines, layout, CTA, angles), and decisively cut losers while scaling winners
โ†’ Work directly with media buyers โ€” align funnel adjustments with incoming traffic sources, angles, and target audiences
โ†’ Feed performance data and market trends back to copywriters and designers to brief high-converting creative assets
โ†’ Monitor core KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, CPA) and translate raw data into strategic creative briefs

 

You're the right fit if you have:
โœ… Hands-on experience with Keitaro (highly preferred) or equivalent self-hosted/cloud affiliate trackers โ€” redirect rules, lander protection, and postbacks are second nature to you
โœ… A background in direct-response marketing, affiliate marketing, or high-volume media buying (brand marketers or corporate UX designers โ€” this role is not for you)
โœ… True data literacy โ€” you can open a tracker dashboard or spreadsheet, spot statistically significant trends instantly, and make decisions without hand-holding

 

Bonus points if you have:
โญ Basic front-end skills (HTML / CSS / JS) to make quick landing page tweaks without waiting on a developer
โญ Experience with spy tools (Adspy, Anstrex, or similar) to track competitor funnel trends

 

Comp: Base salary + performance-based commission
