    In this role, you will:

    • Conduct audit and optimize the user acquisition funnel, prioritizing high-impact improvements
    • Evaluate existing marketing reporting systems and implement enhancements to ensure real-time, actionable insights on key growth metrics
    • Own Meta performance marketing end-to-end (campaign creation, briefing, performance analysis, etc.) and be fully accountable for the channel’s ROMI

    • Generate ideas, launch and test hypotheses, analyze results, and define next steps to improve performance

    • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing with a focus on subscription-based mobile applications, Tier 1 markets
