About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Measurement & Attribution Analyst to take ownership of server-side tracking, attribution accuracy, and subscription revenue alignment.

This is not a BI or reporting role.
This role is about ensuring clean marketing signals and controllable performance scaling from day one.

You will play a key role in making sure advertising platforms optimize based on correct revenue data and that performance decisions are grounded in reliable attribution.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain server-to-server (S2S) tracking
• Implement and validate Conversion API (Meta / Google)
• Manage postbacks and event deduplication (event_id)
• Align Stripe subscription revenue with advertising platforms

Responsibilities:

Launch and Test an Ambassador Program 

• Design and get approval for the Ambassador Program structure (roles, tiers, value proposition, motivation system).
• Launch a pilot version of the program.

Your impact:

• Drive continuous improvement of the payment funnel with a primary focus on increasing approval rate;
• Support the product team in implementing solutions aimed at improving the payment funnel;
• Develop relationships with PSPs, gateways, banks and other partners within the payment ecosystem;
• Risk management (VAMP rate);
• Work directly with banks and PSP to reduce decline rates and improve authorization performance;
• Formulate hypotheses and execute oversight of A/B testing (UI test, price elasticity tests etc.);
• Represent the company’s position and interests in discussions with international banks (North America, EU);
• Scale the payment infrastructure;
• Expand and optimize payment methods and card acceptance coverage across regions;
• Analyze payment statistics, identify underperforming segments and deliver insights to increase LTV;
• Work closely with the analytics team to develop payment reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Legal and Billing resolution departments.

Main traffic source — Facebook Ads.

We need a specialist who can handle volume, scale campaigns, and consistently deliver positive ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads
• Drive traffic to Loans / Credits offers (USA)
• Optimize campaigns to achieve and maintain positive ROI
• Scale winning setups and manage budgets effectively
• Analyze key metrics and make data-driven decisions

• Test creatives, audiences, and new approaches

   

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Media Buyer
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
• Experience in Loans / Credits vertical is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage budgets starting from $1,000/day
• Proven track record of positive ROI
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
