Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills who can identify operational inefficiencies, turn data and team feedback into actionable improvements, and implement changes across the company's European operations.

The ideal candidate can engage cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives, align decisions across departments, and drive changes that deliver measurable results.

Mission

To enable scalable and efficient operations across Europe by increasing process throughput, reducing order processing costs, and consistently improving service quality through the implementation and adoption of operational improvements.

In this role, you will go beyond identifying opportunities for improvement - you will ensure that changes deliver sustainable results. This includes redesigning processes and responsibilities, engaging teams, updating documentation, organizing training, collecting feedback, and scaling successful practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop solutions to increase productivity, reduce order processing time and costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Implement, document, and scale process improvements, including on-site initiatives at our logistics centers in Bucharest and Warsaw.
• Develop operational metrics and dashboards, strengthen the use of data analytics within the operations team, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate the financial impact of implemented changes and present results to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Audit, Implementation, or E-commerce.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher for daily communication with international teams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and experience working with BI tools.
• Willingness to travel periodically to our logistics centers in Bucharest and Warsaw.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and align decisions across different teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.

Nice to Have

• A technical degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working on IT and/or logistics projects in Europe.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of SQL.
