• DevSecOps experience- integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Relevant certifications (OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or similar)

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  Practical experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid traffic sources is a plus.
• Experience with beauty, aesthetic services, clinics, cosmetics, skincare or retail is preferred.
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and e-commerce customer acquisition.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking and UTM tags.
• Basic understanding of creatives, landing pages, offers and A/B testing.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns toward business KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple campaigns at once.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage white-hat performance campaigns for beauty, aesthetic services and retail products and client-side digital products (B2B & B2C).
• Work with paid traffic channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok and other relevant sources.
• Drive customer acquisition for beauty clinics, aesthetic procedures, skincare, cosmetics and retail offers, marketing agency and others.
• Build campaign structure: audiences, creatives, placements, budgets and bidding strategies.
• Optimize campaigns by CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CR, CPC and CPM.
• Test creatives, offers, landing pages, lead forms, audiences and funnels.
• Work with both lead generation and e-commerce performance campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear reports with insights and next steps.
• Manage tracking setup: pixels, events, UTMs, conversions, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, sales and product teams to improve campaign results.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and new acquisition opportunities in beauty and retail.
• Scale successful campaigns while keeping performance targets under control.
