Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / TypeScript)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work on the company’s internal product.
This role is focused on building scalable product features, improving system architecture, and collaborating closely with the CRO and Product Manager on business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s internal product
• Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions
• Build complex product features using Next.js and TypeScript
• Work with PostgreSQL, Prisma schema design, migrations, and data backfills
• Maintain clean architecture and high engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with the CRO and Product Manager to translate business needs into product functionality
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Experience building full-stack applications with modern backend architecture principles
• Deep understanding of Prisma and PostgreSQL
• Experience with scalable frontend systems and component-driven UI development
• Understanding of validation patterns, RBAC, transactional systems, and domain-driven architecture
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on internal platforms or operational products
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and data visualization
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
• Understanding of product-oriented development processes
