About Us

Liki24 is a marketplace of healthcare products and services. Our mission is making health affordable and accessible for everyone. We aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing seamless access to various goods across multiple markets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and solidifying our place as a leading health and wellness marketplace.

About the Role
As Merchant Account Manager you own a portfolio of commercial merchants: from the moment a merchant is signed, through launch, to steady growth. The focus is mainly Europe, including merchants from Ukraine. You are the single point of contact for the merchant, you turn our growth priorities into concrete actions on the merchant side, and you keep the operations around them healthy. As the function grows, the role can develop into leading the team.

Responsibilities

Merchant Growth (~50%)

• Own the results of your merchant portfolio: orders and contribution margin
• Turn growth priorities from the Supply Growth team (prices, assortment, stock, delivery, promo) into concrete merchant actions: present them, agree them, and follow up until they are done
• Prepare merchant reports and regular reviews: how the merchant performs, where they lose against competitors, what to change and the expected gain in money
• Negotiate prices, assortment, stock and delivery model, promo and PPC alignment
• Re-activate merchants who slow down after launch and track how many agreed actions are completed
• Bring merchant feedback back to Supply Growth and propose hypotheses and pilots to test

Operational Health (~35%)

• Own the quality of merchant operations: order handling, SLA and issue resolution. You find and fix root causes and escalate, rather than process routine requests by hand
• Own the financial reconciliation process with merchants: invoices, commissions, discrepancies. Make it accurate, on time, and increasingly automated
• Set up and run shared working channels between merchants and internal teams (support, logistics, finance)
• Document processes, spot recurring issues and drive their automation, including AI assistants for common merchant requests
• Train merchants on how to work with the platform

Merchant Onboarding (~15%)

• Manage the launch of new merchants end to end: integration path (API, XML/YML feed, BaseLinker, portal), commercial terms, logistics model, merchant training and the ready-to-sell check
• Understand the first step of the integration well enough to brief the merchant and the technical team and to spot feed problems early (currencies, EAN codes, prices, stock). The technical integration itself is done by the integration team
• Own the merchant after go-live and bring them into steady growth

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years in marketplace or e-commerce account management, key account management, seller success or a similar commercial role
• Experience owning a portfolio of partners or merchants and being accountable for results in numbers (orders, GMV, margin)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; English B2 or higher, written and spoken, for daily work with European merchants
• Confident work with data in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, lookups, formulas): you read reports, find discrepancies and explain their cause
• Understanding of technical integrations (API, XML/YML feeds): you can read documentation and brief a technical team. Deep technical knowledge is not required
• Process mindset: you document, improve and automate how things work
• Self-organisation: you manage many merchants and tasks in parallel and bring issues to resolution

Nice to Have

• Another European language (German, Polish, Romanian or similar) or Ukrainian
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or consumer goods
• Experience with BaseLinker, Mirakl or similar integration platforms
• SQL or experience with dashboards and BI tools
• Experience with automation tools or AI assistants for support
• Experience building a process from scratch or leading people

What We Value

• Ownership: the merchant’s result is your result
• One clear voice to the merchant: you align internally first and then talk to the merchant
• Results in numbers: you can say what an action is worth in money
• Attention to detail: you notice one wrong currency or one odd line in a report
• Clear, direct and respectful communication

What We Offer

• 20 paid vacation days and paid national holidays.
• Flexible schedule with the option to work from home.
• Discounts on products and services offered by the company and its partners: health and beauty products, medical lab tests, English language courses, gym memberships, and medical clinic services.
• Opportunity to work in a global company with a strong social mission.
• Ability to transform your ideas into impactful realities.
• Exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Real influence: your work directly changes what merchants sell and earn.
• A path to leading the merchant partnerships team as it grows.

🌱 Who We Are
HOME GROWN is an eight-figure seed and gardening brand selling on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and, soon, retail. We have 250+ SKUs and a vertically integrated supply chain, including our own seed packing facility. We are scaling from about $20M in 2026 to $27-30M in 2027, and we’re looking for a long-term partner to build the finance function that grows with us.

🎯 The Mission
Be the forward-looking owner of our money. Turn the growth plan into a budget, a cash plan and a capital plan, and make sure every major commitment (inventory, launches, hires, channels, debt) is made with the numbers in front of us before we commit. This is a player-owner role: you build the forecast, and you run it every week.

What You Own

• The yearly plan and budget, and budget vs. actual every month
• Cash: the 13-week and 12-month forecasts, and the minimum cash floor
• How much the business can safely invest, with a downside case for every decision
• Inventory, working capital, lenders and unit economics

Core Responsibilities

Plan, Cash & Growth

• Build the annual plan with the CEO and department heads: margin by channel and category, EBITDA, headcount, opex and inventory targets
• Publish a 13-week cash forecast every Monday, keep a rolling 12-month forecast with best and worst cases, and run a weekly cash meeting that makes decisions
• Size launches, inventory buys and ad spend against cash and the CEO’s guardrails
• Flag problems 60 days before they land

Inventory, Capital & Unit Economics

• Set inventory targets, approval thresholds, supplier terms and the cash conversion cycle (8-10 months in our seasonal business)
• Size the debt we need and match it to the right product
• Own day-to-day lender relationships, borrowing-base certificates and covenant reports (the CEO signs)
• Measure true contribution by channel and SKU after all fees and marketing

Reporting & Finance Function

• Deliver a consolidated, accrual-basis management pack within 10 business days of month end
• Manage the Controller, the US and Puerto Rico CPA firms, the close and every tax and compliance deadline
• Clean up intercompany pricing across three entities, move from two accounting platforms (Xero and QuickBooks) to one, and own the finance side of our new ERP
• Develop the Controller, make the next finance hires, and get us ready for investor or buyer diligence within 24 months

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in finance, including 3+ years leading the function (Controller to Head of Finance or above) at a US-owned company with roughly $10M-$100M in revenue
• You have personally built and run a 13-week and a 12-month cash forecast for an inventory-heavy consumer or e-commerce business, and can explain why a profitable company runs out of cash
• You have built budgets from the drivers up (units, prices, fees, ads, inventory) and held owners to them
• You have told a founder how much the business can fund, shown the downside, and had the plan changed
• You have prepared lender reporting: borrowing-base certificates, covenant reports or financing packages
• Multi-entity consolidation and US GAAP, with intercompany eliminations you can defend to a CPA
• A contribution-first mindset: channels and SKUs measured after all fees and marketing
• Daily use of AI and automation for forecasting, the close and analysis, and you know where they fail
• Straight talk: you say no to the CEO when the numbers say no, and you deliver bad news early

Nice to Have

• CPA, ACCA or CMA
• Xero and QuickBooks experience
• An ERP rollout
• A CPA review or audit engagement you led
• Amazon or Shopify finance, or a seasonal business
• Negotiating terms directly with lenders
• Financing, fundraising or sale process experience

Not a Fit

• You want to run the books (we have a Controller; this seat looks forward)
• You have only done FP&A in a large company and have never owned cash or prepared lender reporting
• You report numbers without recommending a decision
• You need a finished system on day one: you’ll inherit two ledgers, a new ERP and a forecast that needs an owner
• You prefer to stay strategic: you’ll be in the forecast, inventory plan and lender reports every week

💰 Working Terms

• Base salary
• Company-wide profit share program
• Full-time, 100% remote, employed through an employer of record
• 4+ hours daily overlap with US Eastern business hours, plus a regular window with our CEO (UTC+7)
• Annual team gathering
• We welcome candidates from Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia, Western Europe and the US

Our Values
Radical Transparency · Disciplined Growth · Compounded Trust · Measured Decisions · Intentional Execution · Collective Excellence

About the Company
We are an international payments company with more than five years of experience in the UK market, providing

senior-level payments professional with deep expertise in payments and acquiring, who will become one of the
key drivers of the company’s future growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. The position combines business growth strategy, client and partner
acquisition, product development, and building an effective business function.

across the payments ecosystem.
• Lead key commercial negotiations and drive opportunities from initial engagement through launch and
measurable business results.
• Understand market and merchant needs and work closely with Product and Technology to shape the

• Previous experience as a CBDO, CCO, Chief Growth Officer, Managing Director, General Manager, or in
another role with broad business ownership.
• Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for more than a strong sales leader. We need someone who can see the business as a whole —
identify where the company should grow next, bring new business opportunities, clients and strategic partners,
understand market and product needs, and build the internal capabilities required to turn those opportunities
into sustainable growth.
As the business continues to grow, the role offers significant potential to expand both its scope of
responsibility and overall impact.

We're looking for an Analytics Lead who can bring structure, reliability, and scalability to how we work with data. You'll work across multiple departments, improve our analytics infrastructure, and help build systems that support smarter decisions every day. If your instinct isn't "we should just use Tableau/Power BI," this is probably the role for you 🚀🏆

YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Own the day-to-day operations of our internal analytics platform;
• Manage small analytics team: run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, distribute tasks based on priorities, and help the team navigate cross-team collaboration smoothly;
• Stay hands-on with data engineering: review pipelines, drive adoption of incremental data refresh, and push toward near-real-time updates for our key tables;
• Design and maintain a data architecture that balances speed and depth: fast, aggregated reporting alongside detailed, granular data for deeper analysis;
• Drive product analytics: user segmentation, retention/engagement patterns, and push hypothesis-driven research instead of purely status-check dashboards;
• Grow our AI-powered analytics platform, from automated reporting to a future conversational data interface;
• Collaborate with the product, development, finance, anti-fraud, support, and marketing teams to ensure their dashboards remain up-to-date and their decisions are data-driven.

👩‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles within product tech companies;
• 2+ years of experience managing an analytics team while staying hands-on;
• Strong SQL and solid Python, enough to read and write pipeline logic;
• Real understanding of data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT, BigQuery, bronze/silver/gold layering);
• Genuine enthusiasm and hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows;
• Comfortable working autonomously, turning loose business goals into a concrete backlog of boards, metrics, and experiments;
• Understanding of analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and data consistency principles;
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and product teams on analytics implementation;
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear analytical solutions and priorities;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments;
• At least an intermediate level of English.

🚀 WILL BE YOUR BOOST:

• Familiarity with the Steam trading ecosystem or skins markets (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Domain experience in high-load e-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects.

🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE:

• Spontaneous weekend from the CEO;
• Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials;
• Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you;
• People Partner who will always support you in word and deed;
• Anniversary and performance bonuses;
• Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment;
• Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions;
• 20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days;
• Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs;
• English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want;
• No time tracking;
