    As a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, operate, and continuously improve the cloud platform and deployment pipelines that power medical software and connected devices. You will own infrastructure-as-code, observability, and reliability practices, collaborating closely with QA and development teams to ensure environments are correct, resilient, and verifiably healthy across all stages.

     

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Experience (Must Have)
    * Previous experience in DevOps/SRE or cloud infrastructure roles, including experience owning production systems in AWS.
    * Strong proficiency with AWS (IAM, SQS, RDS, Redis/ElastiCache, S3, SNS, Lambda, VPC) and Kubernetes (namespaces, RBAC, Services, Deployments, HPA, ConfigMaps/Secrets).
    * Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows; able to design modules, manage state, and implement validation and review practices.
    * Solid experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
    * Hands-on expertise with observability and monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar), including alert design, dashboarding, and incident troubleshooting.
    * Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as Python or Go for automation, tooling, and integration tasks.
    * Strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, and resilience patterns.
    * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with QA, developers, and product to balance reliability, speed, and cost.

     

    Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
    * Experience building or integrating infrastructure validation frameworks (e.g., Terratest or equivalent custom tooling) for Terraform and Kubernetes.
    * Experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD), Helmfile/Helm charts, and multi-cluster or multi-region Kubernetes strategies.
    * Familiarity with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) and networking/observability at layers 3/4/7, including Cilium/eBPF-based tooling.
    * Background in security and compliance (DevSecOps), particularly in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.
    * Prior collaboration with QA/Automation teams to integrate reliability checks and observability-driven tests into pipelines.

     

    Job responsibilities

    * Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and infrastructure/configuration correctness in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments.
    * Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab/Jenkins) as risk-based quality gates, defining stages, thresholds, and actions on failure in collaboration with Dev and SRE teams.
    * Validate infrastructure and environments across Dev/QA/Prod-like stages using Terraform/IaC definitions, Kubernetes resources, and configuration checks, preventing config-to-resource mismatches.
    * Use observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry-based stacks, or similar) to define key signals, validate releases, investigate incidents, and distinguish between application, infra, and environment noise.
    * Contribute to performance and scalability testing (e.g., JMeter or similar), helping design scenarios, interpret metrics, and influence scaling and capacity decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    β€” Lead and manage the legal team across EU operations.

    β€” Ensure full compliance with MiCA, AML/CTF, GDPR, and other relevant EU financial regulations.

    β€” Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and investor documentation.

    β€” Advise management on corporate structure, licensing, and risk mitigation strategies.
