D365 CRM Developer

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Developer to join a development team working on a project to set up a manual quoting solution and the integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the quoting system.

You will work as part of a small team consisting of 1 Solution Architect and 1–2 Developers, contributing to the development, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Support the implementation of a manual quoting process and related business workflows
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 CRM and the external quoting system
• Customize D365 entities, forms, views, business processes, and workflows
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Platform
• Implement and maintain API-based integrations
• Work with Power Automate to automate business processes and workflows
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate closely with the Solution Architect
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and support production fixes
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development
• Strong experience with D365 CRM customization and configuration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience developing CRM integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of Dataverse
• Experience with custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and/or custom CRM components
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
• Experience working with external systems and data synchronization
• Good understanding of CRM architecture and development best practices
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a Solution Architect and other developers
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team

Nice to Have

• Experience with quoting, pricing, sales, or CPQ-related solutions
• Experience integrating D365 CRM with external quoting or ERP systems
• Knowledge of C# / .NET and Dynamics 365 plugins
• Experience with Azure services and Azure-based integrations
• Experience with Twilio, DocuSign, or other third-party integrations
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or other enterprise environments
