Gravira Group is looking for an SMM Manager to manage both B2C product communication and B2B affiliate presence across social platforms.

This role combines content execution, light strategy, and AI-driven content creation in a fast-scaling iGaming environment.

Responsibilities
B2B (Affiliate Direction):
• Manage Instagram for the affiliate program
• Manage Telegram channel for affiliate partners
• Share updates about product changes, bonuses, tournaments, and partner opportunities
• Maintain consistent and professional brand communication

B2C (Product Direction):
• Manage X (Twitter) product account
• Manage Instagram product account
daily stories (promo codes, bonuses, updates)
• Manage YouTube channel:
- Generate and develop an AI-based character for the channel
- Create videos featuring the AI character
• Repurpose content across platforms efficiently

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in SMM (iGaming, betting, or affiliate projects)
• Experience managing multiple social platforms simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), and YouTube formats
• Ability to create simple but engaging promotional content
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI video tools, image generators)
• Analytics understanding (reach, engagement, CTR, growth metrics)
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Experience working with affiliate programs
• Experience in Tier-1 markets
• Understanding of promo mechanics and retention strategies
