Creative Marketing Manager

We’re Applyft — an IT product company that creates value-driven mobile and web apps. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator, and now our portfolio includes 8 apps in Family Safety and Digital Safety. 

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and focus on R&D.

What you’ll do:
 

• Generating new creative hypotheses from scratch: ideas, angles, hooks, and formats.
• Planning and running creative tests to validate them.
• Creating tasks for graphic and motion designers.
• Overseeing creative production from idea to launch.
• Researching competitors, trends, and AI tools for fresh ideas.
• Testing new markets and placements.
• Working with actors, creators, and influencers on video content.
• Analyzing test results and scaling winning concepts.
• Generating images and videos with AI tools.

Your professional qualities:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Creative Marketing Manager in performance marketing.
• Track record of finding winning creatives and concepts that scaled.
• Strong skills in writing briefs, storyboards, and scripts.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video, and voiceover generation.
• Solid understanding of ad performance metrics and how to read test results.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Will be a plus:
 

• Experience in an R&D marketing team or with an app at the R&D stage.
• Proficient in creating videos, images, and UGC content.
