Product Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Establish effective product management processes and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through product analytics, performance metrics, and experimentation.
• Identify opportunities for product optimization based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful product solutions.
• Monitor product performance, identify potential risks, and drive improvements to achieve business goals.
  
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in product management within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience managing iGaming products or brands built on third-party B2B platform solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
• Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
