Requirements
 

• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience.
• Proven track record in growing organic traffic and rankings in the US market.
• Strong experience with on-page and technical SEO (hands-on, not just strategy).
• Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Ability to audit and write technical requirements for dev teams.
• Fluent or advanced English communication skills.
• Organized, collaborative, self-driven, highly analytical, and passionate about scalable growth in SEO.

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Python and TypeScript to lead backend architecture and development. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy, influence over product direction, and the opportunity to shape AI/ML implementation across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define backend technical direction and architecture.
• Actively contribute to coding (without AI assistants), applying design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams.
• Plan roadmaps, estimate resources, and support strategic planning.
• Lead AI/ML integration strategy and coordinate with data/product teams.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment.
   

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or principal-level roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, and AWS.
• Proven track record in AI/ML projects within product environments.
• Deep understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and scalable systems.
• Experience mentoring and scaling engineering teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
