An early-stage IT consultancy is looking for an experienced Power Platform developer to join our team delivering software solutions.
You'll act as a trusted technical partner to non-technical business stakeholders, turning their challenges into automated workflows, user-friendly interfaces, and well-modelled data stores.
This is a client-facing role, so we're looking for someone with strong communication and business analysis skills alongside solid technical ability.
You'll work closely with the solution architect to understand business needs and bring the solution to life.

We're an IT consulting company specialising in delivering software solutions on the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technology ecosystem.
Our clients are traditional businesses without technical teams who have a business problem to solve where software is a great solution, but they lack the technical expertise to solve it.
We're a technical partner for them, helping them bring their vision of the software solution to life and deliver business impact.
The company is in its infancy, led by a solo founder, looking for a first developer to join the team.

Technologies you'll work with:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
Azure Cloud Platform: Azure Functions, Azure Static Web Apps, AI Foundry
Custom Code: TypeScript/Node.js, C#, PHP
While that's core, your work won't be limited to this stack, and you'll step outside it when needed.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and align with business goals.
- Contribute to overall solution architectures.
- Develop and implement Power Automate flows, transforming complex business logic into efficient solutions.
- Design and build SharePoint-based databases.
- Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide support to existing solutions.

This is a client-facing role that solves problems that require real technical depth. So we're looking for someone who is deeply technical and has strong communication skills.
Technical skills
- Low-code development with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Pro-code development with TypeScript/Node.js, C#, or similar languages
- Data modelling and database design
- Fluent in API integrations
- Comfortable working with unfamiliar technologies
Communication skills
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English
- Clear and concise communication
- Able to elicit requirements and manage expectations
- Able to express yourself well in writing
- Comfortable communicating using Loom videos
