The role

We're looking for a highly knowledgeable SEO Manager to own organic discovery end-to-end. This is a self-directed role: you'll find the problems yourself, define the strategy alongside the Head of User Acquisition, and then implement the fixes, hands-on, on our website. 

Search is changing faster than it has in a decade, and we want someone genuinely at the front of it. A big part of this role is owning how Lingopie shows up not just in classic search, but in AI-powered discovery (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and on YouTube, the surfaces our audience increasingly starts from.
 

What you'll do

Own the strategy and drive it yourself

• Define and own Lingopie's organic strategy across web search, AI search, and video, in partnership with the Head of User Acquisition.
• Identify problems and opportunities, then prioritize and execute.
• Build and defend a clear point of view on where organic growth is heading.
   

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / AEO)

• Own how Lingopie is surfaced and cited in AI-powered search - Google AI Overviews / SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and emerging assistants.
• Optimize content structure, schema, and formatting for AI crawlers and LLM ingestion; make our pages the ones AI answers pull from.
• Track AI visibility and share of voice using GEO/AEO tools
   

YouTube & multi-surface discovery

• Own YouTube SEO for our channel - titles, descriptions, metadata, chapters, transcripts, thumbnails, and optimizing for both search and suggested.
• Improve our presence across the wider ecosystem that AI and users draw on (YouTube, Reddit, review sites, app stores), building discoverability beyond our own domain.
   

Technical SEO (audit and implement, hands-on in Webflow)

• Run comprehensive technical audits: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals/performance, structured data, canonicalization, redirects, hreflang, and sitemap health.
• Implement fixes directly in Webflow - you're comfortable in the CMS and shipping changes yourself.
• Own international/multilingual SEO across our language sites and localized pages, including the redirect and hreflang pitfalls that come with it.
• Set up monitoring and alerting so SEO regressions (indexation, speed, canonicals, redirects, metadata) get caught early.
   

Direct the content strategy

• Own the organic content strategy and roadmap — decide what to create, what to consolidate, and what to retire, based on search intent, AI-search opportunity, and conversion.
• Lead keyword, intent, and competitive research, and turn it into clear SEO/GEO briefs for the content team.
• Optimize existing and new content for visibility and citation, and scale the page templates that work into a repeatable, programmatic program.
   

Off-page & authority

• Design and run an off-page strategy - link acquisition and authority-building 
   

Measurement & reporting

• Own organic reporting end to end (Google Search Console, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and our data warehouse), down to page-level organic → registration → trial performance.

• Report clearly to leadership: what changed, why, and what we're doing about it. Flag measurement gaps for engineering.
   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally for a consumer / B2C or subscription product, with a track record of growing organic traffic and conversions.

• Genuinely current on GEO / AEO and the AI-search shift. You can explain how AI Overviews and LLM assistants change what to build, and you've adapted a strategy to them.

• A self-starter who owns outcomes. You find the problems, form the plan, and execute independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Deep technical SEO - you can run an audit and, crucially, implement the fixes: indexation, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, canonicals, redirects, site architecture.

• Web technologies: solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (rendering / JS-SEO) and how they affect crawling and indexing.

• Hands-on Webflow experience, or strong CMS fluency and the confidence to own Webflow quickly.

• YouTube/video SEO experience.

• International/multilingual SEO experience - hreflang, localization, and geo/language redirects.

• Able to direct a content team - strong keyword/intent research and the ability to brief writers rather than write yourself.

• Strong analytical and communication skills - comfortable turning GSC/GA4 data into a roadmap and presenting priorities to leadership.

Landing Page & CRO Manager (Webflow)

The role

You own our landing pages end to end. You build and maintain them in Webflow, you run the CRO program that improves them, and you work with the creative team to make each page convert better. This is a hands-on role. You do the work in Webflow yourself, you run the tests yourself, and you own the results.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the pages

• Own every landing page in Webflow: build new ones, update existing ones, and keep them fast, clean, and mobile-friendly.
• Build a reusable, modular landing page system so we can launch and iterate on new pages quickly instead of starting from scratch each time.
• Make sure pages load fast and work correctly across devices and browsers.

Run the CRO program

• Use analytics and behavior tools (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, session recordings) to find where users drop off and decide what to test next.
• Own conversion rate optimization across our landing pages. Form clear hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, read the results properly, and ship the winners.
• Improve the full path from landing page to registration to free trial, and report on the conversion impact of every change.

Work with the creative team

• Partner with designers and copywriters to turn ideas into better pages. You brief them, build what they design, and test it.
• Bring your own point of view on page structure, layout, messaging hierarchy, and CTAs. You know what makes a page convert.

What you bring

• Expert, hands-on Webflow.
• Deep command of the Webflow CMS and its dynamic side (Collections, dynamic binding, conditional visibility, filtering and sorting, references), interactions, responsive layouts, and clean, maintainable structure.
• Real web development skills, not just point-and-click. You write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to push past Webflow's defaults when a page needs it.
• Real CRO experience. You have run A/B tests on live pages, you understand experiment design and basic statistics, and you can tell a real win from noise.
• Platform-agnostic at the core. Webflow is what we use now, but your skills are not locked to it. If we move to another platform later (for example Framer, a headless CMS, or a coded front end), you can pick it up and own it, because you understand the underlying web, not just one tool.
• Fluent in analytics and behavior tools: GA4, Clarity or similar, heatmaps, and funnels. You let data decide what to test.
• A good eye for conversion-focused design and UX. You can look at a page and see what is costing us signups.
• You work well with designers and copywriters and can turn their work into shipped, tested pages.
• Self-starter who ships fast and owns outcomes. 

Bonus points

• Experience with dedicated A/B testing tools
• Landing page experience for paid acquisition or a subscription / free trial product.
• Figma comfort, so you can work directly from design files.
