We are looking for a Sales Manager to help acquire new clients and support international companies that want to register their businesses, enter new markets, and receive legal and consulting support.

The main goal of this role is to expand the client base, promote legal and corporate services, manage the full sales cycle, and provide professional client support throughout all stages of cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and attract new clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, partner networks, and other sales channels.
• Conduct client consultations and present the company’s legal and consulting services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
• Work with CRM systems to manage leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline stages.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to prepare customized commercial offers for clients.
• Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and track international business trends.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth for the company.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Experience working with high-risk industries is required: for example, fintech, crypto/blockchain, gambling/iGaming, betting, forex, payments, adult, CBD, or other regulated / high-risk verticals.
• Experience in legal, consulting, corporate services, company registration, payment solutions, or international business services will be a strong advantage.
• Confident spoken English is required, as the role involves calls, consultations, negotiations, and communication with international clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and handle client objections.
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Strong self-organization, goal orientation, and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently follow up with clients.

• Sales target achievement: meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
• Conversion rate: percentage of closed deals compared to the number of leads.
• Client retention rate: client retention after the first transaction.
• Average deal value: average revenue per closed deal.
• Pipeline growth: number of new qualified leads added to the sales funnel.
