The Marketing Operations Manager drives execution across newsletters, paid media, social, and growth. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years in project management, with direct experience running marketing initiatives

• Experience building and rolling out project management processes and SOPs across a team
• Hands-on AI tool use in your daily work (hard requirement) — you use them to move faster and can describe exactly how

Main responsibilities:

• Creating a wide range of 2D assets and illustrations for mobile games;
• Drawing in-game objects, props, environment elements, maps, backgrounds, rewards, resources, and other gameplay content;
• Creating illustrations and decorative graphic elements for game interfaces;
• Developing textures and supporting visual content for 2D and 3D assets;
• Adapting concepts and references into polished, production-ready assets;
• Preparing and optimizing assets for integration into the game engine;

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of 2D game assets and illustrations;
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic editors such as Krita or Procreate;
• Strong drawing and rendering skills;
• Ability to work in different art styles and follow an established visual direction;
• Understanding of color theory, composition, perspective, lighting, shape language, and visual hierarchy;
• Ability to create clear and readable artwork for mobile screens;
• Experience creating game illustrations, props, environment elements, maps, backgrounds, textures, or interface graphics;
• Understanding of the mobile game production pipeline and technical limitations of mobile platforms;

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the enterprise Knowledge Graph initiative.

The project connects large-scale company, individual, and relationship data to support compliance, KYC, credit risk, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership analysis, and corporate structure research.

In this role, you’ll work directly with data engineers, product managers, and analysts to validate data, verify query results, investigate discrepancies, and assess data quality across multiple database technologies.

What You’ll Do
