Jobs at Djinni

About us

We’re Smart Factory — a product company building software for the manufacturing industry. Our product is gaining real traction, and we’re now opening up the German-speaking market (DACH): Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We’re looking for the person who’ll help us win it.

The role

This is a hands-on outbound sales role, and the heart of it is talking to people. In the Netherlands, one focused salesperson driving cold and semi-cold calling has been remarkably effective for us — and we want to repeat that in the German market.

You’ll:

• Open new business across DACH through cold and semi-cold calling — this is the core of the role
• Build relationships on LinkedIn: real, personal outreach (supported by light automation), with a soft-selling approach
• Give Smart Factory product demos in German (or grow into it)
• Help us make the most of our presence at a major industry trade show this September
• Own the top of the funnel — from first hello to a qualified conversation
• What we’re looking for
• Fluent or native German — this is essential. You’ll be calling, writing to, and presenting to German-speaking prospects every day.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development
• You’re comfortable — and effective — on the phone. Cold and semi-cold calling doesn’t scare you; you’re good at it.
• Solid English — our internal team works and communicates in English
• Self-driven, organized, and resilient — you can run your own pipeline without being chased
• Nice to have
• • Experience selling B2B software / SaaS, ideally to manufacturing or industrial companies • Experience giving product demos
• • Comfortable with CRM and sales-automation / LinkedIn outreach tools

Why you’ll like it

• You’re opening a market. This isn’t one more seat in an established team — you’re the person bringing Smart Factory to DACH. Real ownership, real impact.

• A playbook that already works. Our approach is proven in the Netherlands; you get to adapt it, not invent it from scratch.

• Long-term and remote, with a small, supportive team that backs you with automation and marketing.

About us

Benrey is a digital team working with international markets — SEO, PPC, link building, in-app, DSP, plus web and app development. We run large multi-domain, multi-language platforms in highly competitive niches, where manual optimisation simply doesn't scale and anything repeatable has to be automated.

Who we're looking for

A technical SEO who is equally comfortable in the console, in server logs and in code. This is not a "fix meta tags from a checklist" role. The value here is building systems that hold optimisation across hundreds of thousands of pages and keep running without manual work.

We need someone who can identify what hurts most and fix it without a step-by-step spec.

What you'll do

— Technical audits of large sites. Crawling, indexing, rendering, crawl budget. Finding bottlenecks in complex structures where the problem isn't visible from any interface.

— Rendering and migrations. Diagnosing CSR / SSR / partial SSR, planning and running migrations, verifying what the bot actually receives rather than what the browser shows. Working with hydration, prerendering and caching at scale.

— SEO A/B testing on programmatic pages. Hypothesis, splitting pages into groups, staged rollout, verifying the deployed state against the intended one, correlation analysis, filtering out seasonality and algorithm updates. Knowing the difference between a real effect and noise, and not drawing conclusions from two weeks of data.

— Server log analysis. How bots actually move through the site, where crawl budget leaks, which templates never reach the index, what changed after a release.

— Building your own tooling in Python or TypeScript. Bulk checks, change monitoring, structured data validation, internal linking, automated audits, dashboards. Systems that run continuously, not one-off scripts.

— LLMs in production, not in a chat window. Pipelines for content generation and validation, page classification, anomaly detection, working through APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).

— Structured data, canonicals, robots directives, XML sitemaps — handled at template and auto-generation level, not page by page.

— Core Web Vitals and performance. Diagnosis, writing clear tickets for developers, verifying the result shipped.

— Analytics and reporting. Making changes in crawling, indexation and visibility (including AI overviews) visible as numbers, not as gut feeling.

— Working with engineering. Writing technical requirements developers can act on, arguing priority, seeing tickets through to release.

— Documenting the systems you build so they keep working without you.

What we expect

• Solid technical SEO experience on large projects — tens of thousands of URLs and up, multi-language or multi-domain
• Hands-on experience with an SSR migration — a project you owned or led the SEO side of, not theory
• Experience with partial SSR at scale: which parts of the page render server-side, which client-side, and what actually makes it into the index
• Experience running SEO A/B tests on programmatic pages — segmented rollout, verification, honest analysis of results
• Python or TypeScript at the level of "I write working tools myself", not "I took a course"
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JS and how rendering strategy affects indexing, speed and accessibility
• Practical work with logs and APIs — GSC API, crawlers, databases
• Experience with LLM APIs or automation built on top of them
• Autonomy and confidence in your own decisions: not just finding the problem, but driving it to a fix through other teams

Nice to have

• iGaming, programmatic SEO website/SAAS or large-scale e-commerce
• BigQuery, ClickHouse, working with large datasets
• Playwright, headless crawling
• Statistical literacy when evaluating test results
• Mentoring or reviewing other people's technical work

What we offer

• Remote work, competitive salary
• Direct work with the technical team — no layer of managers between you and the task

• Freedom to choose the stack and the tools you build

How to apply

Tell us two things in your cover note:

1. A tool you built yourself and the problem it solved.
2. A case where logs or raw data revealed a problem that no crawler or GSC report showed.

Applications without answers to these won't be reviewed.

We’re looking for a GCP data engineer with 4+ years of experience who can work independently across multiple client projects. Middle-level candidates are welcome, senior level is not required. The role involves working in US time zones.

Must-have skills

• Advanced BigQuery SQL, including scheduled queries, data transfers and incremental loads
• Python
• GCP services: Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Functions, Secret Manager, IAM and Monitoring, managed across many projects at the same time
• REST APIs, webhooks and SFTP
• Git and Docker
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity) and prompt writing

Nice to have

• Terraform
• n8n
• Supabase and Postgres
• Clay
• Google Meridian
• Experience in lead scoring or marketing tech
• Experience optimizing GCP and LLM costs

We are looking for a senior data engineer with deep Databricks experience to own the data platform behind one of our largest enterprise accounts and lead its migration from AWS to Databricks.

About the role

Data infrastructure is the foundation of everything we deliver. Our models, dashboards, and the decisions our clients make on top of them are only as reliable as the pipelines underneath, which is why we put the platform first.

You will join a small senior team working inside the client's environment. Through the rest of 2026 you will take ownership of the existing pipelines and the architecture around them. From 2027 you will lead the migration to Databricks: designing the target architecture, planning the cutover, and doing the implementation. This is a hands-on engineering role with real architectural authority. You decide how the platform gets built, and then you build it.

You will be the person the team turns to on anything Databricks, working alongside senior machine learning engineers and data scientists who depend on what you deliver.

What you will do:

• Design and build the target Databricks architecture, and plan the migration from the current AWS stack
• Build and maintain production data pipelines: ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
• Own data quality, including the checks and alerts that catch problems before the client does
• Design the data models the analytics and machine learning work sits on
• Support the pipelines you build: monitoring, alerting, and the on-call reality of production data
• Work directly with the client's engineers, and explain technical decisions to people who are not engineers

Requirements:

• Five or more years in data engineering or software development
• At least three years of production Databricks work
• Deep experience with Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Has planned and executed at least one migration onto Databricks from another platform, and can walk through the challenges
• Expert Python: clean modular code, comfortable with optimization and profiling
• Advanced SQL and relational database work: raw SQL, data modeling, scripted migrations
• Systems design: how storage and compute fit together, end to end pipelines, containerized applications
• Cloud operations on AWS or equivalent: networking, identity and access management, monitoring and alerting, and the domain knowledge for why things break
• Comfortable working inside a client's environment, with their data and their constraints
• Strong written English, and spoken English good enough to present your work
• Available for some overlap with United States working hours

Nice to have:

• Databricks certification
• Deep AWS experience specifically, since that is the platform we are migrating from
• dbt, Airflow, or a similar transformation and orchestration framework
• Machine learning pipeline experience, since models run on top of what you build
• Background in utilities, energy, telecoms, or another regulated industry
• Experience being the senior engineer a client relies on directly

You are:

• Careful with data quality, and you ask when something looks wrong instead of guessing
• A self starter who can turn a general requirement into a specific estimate and a deliverable
• Someone who documents. We write things down, and every number we deliver carries its source
• Comfortable in a small remote team where nobody is checking your hours

About Bennett Data Science

We have spent ten years building predictive analytics and data science for enterprise clients, from some of the largest companies in the world to startups in Silicon Valley. Our engineers sit inside the client's systems and build critical systems. The work ships to production and lands at the bottom line.

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation, reviewed as you grow
• Work from anywhere, with a flexible schedule
• A small senior team, so your work is visible and your decisions are important
• Direct exposure to enterprise clients and the problems they actually have
• Mentorship from senior staff, and the space to grow and mentor others

The organization leverages a combination of technology, data, and creative approaches, working across multiple industries with a focus on adaptability, collaboration, and achieving measurable results.

The project is focused on producing a series of 3D animated episodes covering the complete creative and production lifecycle, from concept development and storyboarding to animation, rendering, and final editing. It combines traditional 3D production with AI assisted animation and voice over technologies to deliver visually consistent, high quality content across multiple formats.

Responsibilities:

• Developing 3D assets and animated content across the full production pipeline, from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery.
• Creating production ready characters and environments, including 3D modeling, rigging, animation, camera work, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Using traditional and AI assisted animation techniques to produce high quality animated episodes.
• Integrating and synchronizing animation with background music, audio, and AI generated English voice over where required.
• Maintaining visual and stylistic consistency across all episodes and production assets.
• Incorporating Client feedback and refining assets and animations throughout the production process.

• Editing and delivering polished final videos in the required vertical and horizontal formats.

Must haves:

• Professional experience in 3D production for 1,5+ years.
• A portfolio demonstrating at least one completed series or multi episode project.
• Proven track record of taking a character from an initial concept to a fully realized, animated scene.
• Proficient in 3D Modeling & Sculpting: creating expressive, animation ready characters (topology, UV mapping) and detailed environments using industry standard tools.
• Strong expertise in Environment & Scene Development: composition, lighting, and world building to create immersive backgrounds that enhance the story.
• Solid understanding of the Animation Pipeline: rigging and 3D animation principles to ensure natural and consistent character movement throughout the series.
• Skilled in Texturing & Shading: creating high quality stylized or realistic textures.
• Experience in Rendering & Optimization: managing render engines and optimizing assets for a smooth production cycle.

• Level of English from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to haves:

• Expertly enhancing AI generated results to ensure professional lighting and aesthetics that align with a high end, hand crafted look.
• A proactive, self driven approach to mastering and integrating cutting edge AI tools into the production workflow.
• Ability to balance speed and quality by knowing when to model from scratch and when to leverage AI/stock assets.

• Extreme attention to detail in spotting and fixing AI artifacts or technical glitches to ensure a polished final product.
