  • Work with the Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
  • Keep data accurate and in sync across connected systems.

AI Engineering & Continuous Improvement

  • Use Cursor, Salesforce's AI tooling, and agentic coding workflows to speed up development.
  • Evaluate emerging AI-assisted engineering capabilities and set secure, maintainable best practices.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and deliver iterative improvements that raise usability and adoption.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Perform testing and support UAT before deployment.
  • Maintain technical documentation, org configuration notes, and release history.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

  • Experience deploying with Salesforce DX/CLI and Git-based source control.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a production org and its enhancements in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

  • Comfortable using a tool such as Linear to track feedback, issues, and delivery status.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • Experience with Revenova TMS, Accounting Seed, or other logistics and accounting managed packages.
  • Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tooling such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and agentic coding workflows.
