GCP Data Engineer (Middle/Senior)

We’re looking for a GCP data engineer with 4+ years of experience who can work independently across multiple client projects. Middle-level candidates are welcome, senior level is not required. The role involves working in US time zones.
 

Must-have skills

  • Advanced BigQuery SQL, including scheduled queries, data transfers and incremental loads
  • Python
  • GCP services: Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Functions, Secret Manager, IAM and Monitoring, managed across many projects at the same time
  • REST APIs, webhooks and SFTP
  • Git and Docker
  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity) and prompt writing
     

Nice to have

  • Terraform
  • n8n
  • Supabase and Postgres
  • Clay
  • Google Meridian
  • Experience in lead scoring or marketing tech
  • Experience optimizing GCP and LLM costs
