Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a focus on developing applications using LLMs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models and applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer with 2+ years of experience to strengthen our hiring team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates, working closely with Recruiters to support business growth. Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for tech roles (occasionally Senior).
• Work closely with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche platforms, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.

Requirements
