Head of Acquisition

PrimeFox is running a confidential executive search for a Head of Acquisition to join a new iGaming product launching in LATAM.

About the project
The product is built for the main LATAM markets, with Mexico and Brazil as priorities. It runs on its own in-house platform, which gives the team full control over product development, fast delivery and the user experience. It is an ambitious startup inside a stable holding, with the resources, expertise and support needed for an international launch. You will join at the start and help shape the key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own all player acquisition for the brand.
• Affiliate marketing: strategy, partner network, commercial models, traffic quality and volume.
• Media buying: oversee traffic buying, teams, channels and performance.
• Spend model: plan and control ad budgets, costs and payback.
• Acquisition strategy: scale player acquisition and hit KPIs.
• Analytics: FTD, CPA, CAC, ROI, NGR, LTV and other acquisition metrics.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in iGaming acquisition.
• Experience managing both affiliate and media buying.
• Deep understanding of spend models and acquisition economics.
• Proven experience with LATAM markets, especially Mexico and Brazil.
• Understanding of regulated and unregulated markets.
• Track record of managing budgets, scaling traffic and delivering financial results.
• Management maturity, independence and ownership of results.
• Spotless professional reputation.
• English as your working language. Russian is needed for internal team communication.
• Based outside Russia and Ukraine.
