• Lead day-to-day communication with internal creative, content, and technical teams
• Build and optimize internal business processes for greater efficiency and scalability
• Facilitate efficient meetings and ensure clarity across all project phases
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and deliver clear, consistent reporting
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and maintain high quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience within a single company for each project management role listed in your CV
• Proven experience using project management tools such as Trello or WorkSection
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Prior experience working in digital marketing agencies is highly preferred
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
