Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Consolidate financial data across companies and assist CFO/Head of Reconciliation with analysis.

About the Role

We are looking  the kind of engineer who naturally becomes the technical backbone of a small company. You don’t get blocked by uncertainty. You can zoom out to define the right system, then zoom in and implement it yourself. You know when to move fast, when to go deep, and how to keep shipping while the product is still evolving. 

This is a hands-on builder role for someone as comfortable defining the architecture of an agentic workflow as they are reviewing the production code that runs it. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, graph data, media automation, infrastructure and real customer problems, turning emerging AI capabilities into features people rely on every day.

We are an early-stage team. We have a beta environment built with infrastructure as code and early features, but requires moderate updating and debugging on front and backends. - Autonomously architect, prototype, & build the product from the ground up
- Develop integrations with AI (e.g. Perplexity, OpenAI) & 3rd party API (e.g. CRMs)
- Leverage your prompt engineering skills to maximize the outcome

About the role

We’re building a Lean Apps Factory – a high-velocity engine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, productivity, education, lifestyle and more).

Your mission as Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) is to turn ideas, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue – and help us design the growth playbook for every new app we ship.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll sit at the centre of performance marketing, product, creative and data, deciding what we test next and where we invest. As we scale, this role can grow into Head of PMM / Head of Marketing Growth with ownership of multiple growth pods.

Mission

Own one or more app “growth streams” end-to-end (W2W + W2A) and turn budget, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product and analytics for our first apps.
• Design and run go-to-market strategies: ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W/W2A funnels, paywalls, email/onboarding.
• Work with UA on media plans, testing roadmap and targets (CAC, ROAS, payback, LTV).
• Work with Creative to generate and systematise winning angles, scripts and concepts.
• Partner with Tech & Data to improve tracking, dashboards, and automation (rules, budget shifts, experiment templates).
• Turn data into clear priorities: what to scale, what to kill, what to test next.

In your first 3 months you will

• Build a deep understanding of our apps, users and growth levers.
• Take ownership of one core growth stream (e.g. one app / region / funnel) from strategy to execution.
• Ship and review multiple creative + funnel experiments and hit agreed ROI / revenue targets.
• Tighten collaboration between Performance, Creative, Product and Data to speed up the learning loop.

Ideal profile

• 3+ years in performance marketing / growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A)
• Strong experience in creative strategy + funnel optimisation (web and/or app)
• Confident with numbers: can read cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV, and make decisions
• Great communicator and project driver – keeps UA, Creative, Product and Data aligned
• Comfortable in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments
• English level  (B2+)

DeepX is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to develop high-precision 3D reconstruction systems based on polarization imaging.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of computer vision, optical physics, and geometry, building algorithms that extract detailed surface information from polarimetric data using Shape-from-Polarization (SfP) techniques.

Core requirements:

● Strong understanding of polarized light physics and Stokes vector representation;

● Solid knowledge of linear algebra and vector calculus for coordinate transformations and 3D geometry;

● Experience implementing algorithms in Python (NumPy, SciPy);

● Practical experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV or scikit-image;

● Ability to extract reliable signals from noisy imaging data.

Nice to have:

● Experience with Shape-from-Polarization (SfP) or other Shape-from-X methods;

● Understanding of surface normals, depth maps, and 3D reconstruction pipelines;

● Experience working with polarization cameras;

● Knowledge of light reflection and scattering on different materials;

● Experience with normal integration methods for surface reconstruction.
