About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Affiliate Specialist who can build long-term partnerships and drive measurable business results with our affiliate partners. Experience working with Amazon platform is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to drive additional sales on Amazon platform (CPA model: using Amazon Attribution, Amazon Associates tags)
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CTR, CVR, MoM, WoW) and optimize results
• Build affiliate sales forecasts and align with partners to achieve targets
• Develop and implement incentive programs for affiliate partners
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections and coordinate content production

• Launch and scale influencer collaborations (YouTube, TikTok) to drive sales and create new creatives

   

Who we’re looking for

• Results-driven professional with a strong focus on growth and sales targets
• Proactive communicator who can identify opportunities and expand partner networks
• Organized manager capable of handling multiple streams without losing quality
• Creative thinker who brings ideas to improve partnerships and brand reach
• Results-driven professional with a strong focus on growth and sales targets
• English B2+ (written and spoken)

• Experience with Walmart, BestBuy, or Home Depot platforms is a plus

   

Working hours

• 9:00–18:00 (Monday–Friday)
• Central European Time
