About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can find and hire strong candidates and move fast in a growing product company.

This is a full-cycle role with a strong focus on sourcing and closing business roles.

 

What you’ll do

  • Full-cycle recruitment (from intake to offer)
  • Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, direct search)
  • Close roles in:
    • Support / Customer / Affiliate managers
    • Marketing (growth, performance, Amazon)
    • Finance (P&L, analytics)
    • Operations / e-commerce
  • Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience with full-cycle hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Experience closing business roles
  • English B2+

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in product / e-commerce / Amazon
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
