About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can find and hire strong candidates and move fast in a growing product company.
This is a full-cycle role with a strong focus on sourcing and closing business roles.
What you’ll do
- Full-cycle recruitment (from intake to offer)
- Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, direct search)
- Close roles in:
- Support / Customer / Affiliate managers
- Marketing (growth, performance, Amazon)
- Finance (P&L, analytics)
- Operations / e-commerce
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
- Build and manage candidate pipelines
- Work closely with hiring managers
- Improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with full-cycle hiring
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience closing business roles
- English B2+
Nice to have
- Experience in product / e-commerce / Amazon
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
