About Us
At Mamma Mia Covers LLC, we don’t just sell home products — we deliver comfort, style, and functionality to every interior. Since 2018, we’ve been building a next-generation home & living brand for the U.S. and Canadian markets as the #1 global distributor and top-priority partner of the Italian factory Paulato.
Our signature product — stretch-fit slipcovers — is protected by an international patent and offers a unique blend of design and innovation unmatched in the market.

Why We Stand Out
We’ve been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. according to Inc. 5000 in 2023, and were nominated as:

  • Top 50 fastest-growing companies in the Consumer Products category in the U.S.
  • Top 100 fastest-growing companies in Florida
  • Ranked among the Top 1000 fastest-growing private companies in the US

Each month, our team of 40+ professionals processes over 4,000 orders through platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and others, combining automation, data, and human creativity. We work in a remote or hybrid environment, use smart tools (Asana, AI, etc.), and foster a transparent, empowering environment where growth and ownership go hand in hand.

Your Mission as a Financial Manager
This is not an accounting role.

We're looking for someone who looks at our P&L and Cash Flow and immediately sees where money is leaking — and comes to the CEO with a solution, not just a report. You'll become the internal financial backbone of the business: owning the numbers, shaping decisions, and taking real responsibility for the financial health of a growing e-commerce company.

The right person for this role doesn't wait to be asked. They see something in the numbers, form a view, and bring it to the table. If that's how you work — we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Own

Financial Planning & Budgeting Build and maintain annual and quarterly budgets. Run plan-vs-actual analysis and identify what's driving the gaps.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Own the cash flow forecast. Keep it updated, flag risks early, ensure the business always knows where it stands.

Cost & Margin Analysis Recalculate product costs across all variables — logistics from Italy and China, Amazon and Shopify fees, packaging, returns. Monitor margin by channel and SKU. Know which products make money and which don't.

Cost Optimization Find savings without killing quality. Bring proposals with numbers, not opinions.

Financial Reporting & Meetings Run regular financial reviews with the CEO and department leads. Translate complex data into clear decisions. Be the bridge between numbers and strategy.

External Accounting Oversight Manage the relationship with our US-based outsourced accounting agency. Verify accuracy, resolve issues, ensure compliance.

Systems & Automation Continuously improve how we track, calculate, and report. If something can be automated — lead that initiative.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 2+ years in a Financial Manager role with real ownership — P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting (title matters less than actual responsibility)
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in e-commerce or product-based retail specifically for the US or Canadian market
  • Experience with import-driven businesses (EU or Asia to US) and cost allocation across supply chain
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero
  • Solid understanding of US accounting principles and working with outsourced CPA/bookkeeping firms
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets — models, pivot tables, data visualization
  • English Strong Intermediate+ for communication and financial documentation (you'll work with US-based accounting partners)

Strong plus:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify financial data
  • Power BI or Google Data Studio
  • Background in DTC or marketplace-driven e-commerce
  • The right person is analytically sharp, takes ownership without being pushed, and knows the difference between reporting what happened and explaining why — and what to do next.

    What We Offer

Financial Stability: $3000-4000 Fixed. Depending on the candidate’s expertise in e-commerce for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

  • Compensation for accounting services (for contractors/PE)
  • Paid a 2-month probation period

Flexible Work Format

  • Remote or hybrid work
  • Full-time role, adapted to your rhythm

Growth & Support

  • Coverage of professional courses and certifications
  • Access to educational resources
  • Freedom to implement new tools and processes
  • Career growth opportunities

Care & Comfort

  • 21 days of paid vacation + birthday leave 🎂
  • Extra days off for important personal events
  • Zero micromanagement — we trust responsible people
  • We value ownership & initiative
  • You’ll feel the support, not the pressure
