    About the Role

    This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position for someone ready to act as a “mini CMO” and product owner. You'll be responsible for brand growth, player experience, and business performance — with direct influence over marketing, operations, and long-term scalability.
    You'll work directly with the founders and enjoy full ownership and freedom to execute.

     

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own the P&L, product performance, and daily operations of the brand
    • Lead acquisition, retention, promotions, and VIP efforts in collaboration with central teams
    • Optimize conversion funnels, player journeys, UX flows, and bonus mechanics
    • Coordinate closely with CRM, payments, marketing, and support teams
    • Drive creative campaigns and experiments to boost engagement and LTV
    • Monitor and act on key KPIs (player behavior, revenue, product health)

    • Report directly to founders on brand growth and business results

    Who You Are

    • 2+ years of experience in iGaming in roles such as Brand Manager, Country Manager, Product Owner, or Growth Lead
    • Previous work with Curacao-licensed operators or similar environments
    • Strong business ownership mindset and user-centric thinking
    • Deep knowledge of online casino products, player psychology, and acquisition funnels
    • Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
    • Proactive, independent, and results-focused

    To achieve the results, you’ll need:
    3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, PSPs, or payment infrastructure;
    Proven track record of launching new technical products from scratch;
    Deep understanding of payment processing flows, gateways, API integrations, 3DS, callbacks, and tokenization;
    Strong ownership, structured thinking, attention to edge cases;
    Experience with diagrams, system components, transaction state machines;
     

    How exactly you'll influence the company’s progress:
    Own and drive the product strategy for the payment core and SDK;
    Define epics/features/stories and prioritize the product backlog;
    Work with architects and devs to design transaction flows, status models, token logic, and routing mechanics;
    Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to production;
    Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, tech team, and stakeholders;
     

    Nice to have:

    * Experience with PCI DSS certification, payment orchestration platforms;
    * Exposure to global markets and jurisdiction-specific regulations
