Задачі, які тебе чекають:
Контент-менеджмент:
 

• Розробка стратегії просування бренду в соціальних мережах (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram тощо).
• Створення, планування та публікація контенту (пости, сторіз, відео) згідно з брендбуком і тоном комунікації.
• Робота з текстами та візуалами: самостійно або із залученням команди (дизайнерів, копірайтерів).
• Ведення акаунтів, взаємодія з аудиторією (відповіді на коментарі, повідомлення), моніторинг активності.
• Впровадження нових підходів для залучення аудиторії та досягнення цілей.

Таргетована реклама:
 

• Налаштування рекламних кампаній у Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, за потреби — в Twitter чи месенджерах.
• A/B тестування креативів, форматів і аудиторій, оптимізація витрат.
• Відстеження ефективності кампаній за допомогою KPI, налаштування пікселів і подій.
• Аналіз результатів, складання звітів і коригування рекламної стратегії.

Аналітика та моніторинг:
 

• Відстеження ключових метрик (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, залученість) через Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite тощо.
• Регулярний аналіз результатів органічного й рекламного просування, підготовка звітів з рекомендаціями.
• Моніторинг активності конкурентів у соціальних мережах.

Дослідження та тестування:
 

• Вивчення нових трендів, форматів і алгоритмів у соцмережах.
• Тестування нових платформ для розширення присутності бренду.
• Впровадження інтерактивних інструментів для залучення аудиторії (опитування, конкурси).

Співпраця:
 

• Постійна комунікація з дизайнерами, копірайтерами та іншими членами команди.
• Узгодження контент- і рекламних стратегій із керівництвом.

Наш кандидат має:
 

• Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 2 років. Досвід роботи в B2B.
• Глибоке розуміння роботи соціальних мереж, їхніх алгоритмів і специфіки (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube тощо).
• Досвід налаштування таргетованої реклами у Facebook Ads Manager та LinkedIn Ads.
• Володіння аналітичними інструментами (Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM-мітки).
• Навички роботи з контент-планами та планувальниками публікацій (наприклад, Hootsuite, Later).
• Розуміння основ digital-маркетингу, знання принципів роботи PR буде плюсом.
• Креативність, навички копірайтингу та створення візуального контенту.
• Уміння працювати в умовах дедлайнів і самостійно організовувати робочий час.
• Знання англійської та досвід роботи з ринком ЄС буде плюсом. Робота в ІТ, ФінТех або іншій технологічній ніші буде перевагою.

The Enterprise Sales Manager for a cloud provider drives the adoption and revenue growth of the company’s cloud solutions within the enterprise segment, positioning the provider as a strategic partner for large-scale organizations to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy, identify target markets, and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Engage with senior executives to understand their cloud solution needs and present tailored offerings, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Maintain product expertise and conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback for product enhancements.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract discussions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
 
Requirements:
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certification is a plus.
 - 3+ years in enterprise sales, focusing on cloud solutions or SaaS products. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
 - Understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and market landscape. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Customer-oriented mindset with experience in managing and supporting enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.
 - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape in cloud solutions.
