As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and evolving the core systems that power our client agentic AI platform. With a product already live in production, you will work closely with our engineering leadership to take our infrastructure to the next level- from real-time orchestration and automation logic to scalable APIs and data pipelines.

• Able to write technical briefs for designers and run creative testing
• Analyze competitors and the market, turning insights into decisions
• Fluent with analytics tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Able to manage a backlog, prioritize, and handle multiple launches in parallel
• English B2+
• Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work
