Full-Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer who is motivated by building high-quality web platforms and integrations. You will play a key role in the evolution and modernization of an existing web platform to support future growth, advanced integrations, and evolving business requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working on platform migrations, architecture redesign, and multi-system integrations within production environments. 

Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain modern web platform components.
•    Connect web apps to RESTful APIs and back-end services.
•    Contribute to the modernization of existing components.
•    Integrate with internal services, partner platforms, and third-party APIs. 
•    Develop responsive, high-performance front-end components using modern web technologies. 
•    Collaborate on back-end services to support required functionality.
•    Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability across all environments. 
•    Conduct testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. 
•    Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams.
•    Maintain technical documentation for systems, integrations, deployment processes, and architecture decisions. 

Required Skills & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
•    Strong experience in full-stack web development with reusable front-end components.
•    Experience building responsive, high-performance user interfaces using component-based front-end architectures.
•    3+ years of experience in front-end development using modern web technologies including TypeScript, React, and/or Next.js.
•    Familiarity with back-end development and Node.js-based APIs.
•    Experience consuming REST APIs with client-side caching.
•    Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows. 
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to debugging and troubleshooting. 
•    Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a team. 
•    Strong self-learning skills and willingness to stay current with modern technologies and best practices. 

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience participating in platform modernization, system redesign, or large-scale web development projects. 
•    Experience with automated testing practices (unit, integration, or end-to-end testing) in modern web applications.
•    Experience working with mock data, API stubs, or contract-driven development to build features independently of backend availability.
•    Experience with performance optimization and profiling of web applications and APIs.
•    Experience designing systems intended for future integrations and long-term scalability. 
•    Understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure automation.
