Company Operating Requirements:

At Graphio.ai we run a high-ownership, mission-driven team with clear operating rules. Please read these carefully before applying:

• LinkedIn profile is required (company policy). Employees are required to keep a current LinkedIn profile that shows their Graphio.ai position and is linked to the official Graphio.ai company page (company logo visible on the profile). Profile standards are provided during onboarding.
• Synchronized team vacations. The team takes coordinated time off four times per year to keep planning aligned and reduce context switching. Dates are announced in advance.
• Startup constraints. Vacation timing may be restricted during critical company periods. We plan time off as a team and communicate constraints early.
• US Eastern Time (ET) collaboration. This role requires regular overlap with US East Coast (ET) working hours. You must be comfortable running meetings, follow-ups, and execution in that time zone.
• Zero slow offboarding. We run lean and fast. When the fit isn’t there, we act quickly: employment may be ended within a day and access is removed immediately.

Our client is an innovative technology company developing a unique solution at the intersection of hardware and cloud software. These IoT devices collect and transmit real-time data, which is then processed, analyzed, and visualized using advanced cloud microservices built on Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Key Requirements:
🔹4+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation);
🔹 Strong experience with manual testing of web applications;
🔹 Experience with Cypress ;
🔹 Ability to write and maintain automated tests (current focus is 70% manual, 30% automation);
🔹 Experience with querying databases (e.g., MySQL) and analyzing logs;
🔹 Technical proficiency in using browser developer tools (network calls, console, etc.);
🔹 Good English communication skills (for distributed team collaboration);
🔹 Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset;
🔹 Proactive, open-minded, and able to suggest improvements and alternative solutions;
🔹 Willingness to work in an international distributed team (work week: Sunday–Thursday);
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
🔹 Experience testing mobile applications;
🔹 Experience in high-load, complex systems;
🔹 Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based environments;

What you will do:
🔹 Perform manual testing of web applications and, occasionally, mobile apps;
🔹 Develop and maintain automated tests using Cypress (current automation coverage is ~20-30%);
🔹 Analyze requirements and features from a user perspective, identifying potential issues and edge cases;
🔹 Suggest improvements to features and user flows, ensuring the best user experience;
🔹 Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members;
🔹 Query databases, analyze logs, and investigate network/browser calls to support testing activities;
🔹 Take ownership and accountability for the quality of features delivered;
🔹 Proactively raise issues, propose solutions, and validate fixes;
🔹 Adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment;
