Your project:

OnRise (part of AdConnect) is a high-growth marketing unit operating as an internal premium performance agency. We acquire traffic at scale for leading digital partners, managing high ad budgets and successfully expanding across Tier-1 markets. Rather than being tied to a single product, you will work across diverse performance verticals (starting with Dating and scaling into Health & Fitness and more), driving high-volume creative lines for Meta and Google.

You will:

• Evolve creative production for Meta — sourcing new ideas and angles, and scaling our top-performing concepts through smart iteration.
• Own and scale creative production for Google Ads and native platforms: benchmarks, testing plans, audience segmentation, and your own playbook for finding winners.
• Brief and manage a team of designers, keeping quality high and deadlines realistic.
• Dig into performance data and turn it into sharper creative decisions: new angles, new audiences, better iterations.
• Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and market trends, and bring ideas to the team before everyone else has them.
• Work hand in hand with our media buying team so that creative and performance strategy move in the same direction.
• Bring your own AI tools and automations into the workflow — we want more tested ideas, faster, not more hours worked.

We'll have a match if you:

• Solid, provable experience in creative production for performance marketing — ideally in dating, social, gaming, or another high-volume consumer app environment.
• A track record of building or improving creative processes, backed by real financial results.
• Hands-on experience with production and planning tools (Airtable or similar) and analytics tools (Tableau or similar).
• Experience with competitor research tools.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, structured approach to managing a team under deadlines.

Will be an advantage:

• A genuine interest in using AI to work smarter, not just faster.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing from a media buyer's perspective.
• Working knowledge of design processes from a designer's perspective.
