    We’re currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented GTM Manager who will help us expand our client base and build strong relationships with customers.
    We would like to find someone who can fully own our outbound lead generation channel with SQL as the core outcome. This role is for someone who enjoys autonomy, works systematically, pays attention to detail, and thinks in terms of systems and results rather than tasks.


    What You’ll Do:
     

    • Own outbound as a channel with SQL as the key metric
    • Plan, launch, and iterate outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
    • Own and maintain email and LinkedIn lead generation infrastructure
    • Segment and manage contacts in HubSpot CRM
    • Write and optimize outreach copy and sequences
    • Build dashboards and reports to track performance
    • Maintain and improve automation and outbound workflows
    • Optimize processes using AI tools
    • Manage contractors involved in marketing initiatives
    • Work closely with CEO, CRO, CMO, and BDM
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to support hypothesis testing

       

    What We Expect:

     

    • 2+ years of experience in outbound or B2B marketing
    • Hands-on experience with CRM segmentation and data management
    • Strong copywriting skills for outbound and sales messaging
    • Confident use of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots)
    • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
    • High level of ownership and responsibility
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems
    • Owner mindset and comfort being accountable for results
    • Proven experience with Clay
    • Experience with such tools as Instantly, HubSpot, CRM Make, n8n, Apollo, Smartlead, ZeroBounce, Zapmail, Dripify would be an advantage.

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain our comprehensive Data Lake for a fast-growing number of research and production datasets. This role combines hardware and platform infrastructure expertise with data engineering excellence to support our rapidly growing data assets (~200TB current, scaling ~100TB/year). 
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Architect and manage high-performance, scalable on-premise data storage systems optimized for large-scale data access and analytics workloads

    • Ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability across existing systems

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform roles

    As Principal DevOps Engineer for Madlan, you will own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers the platform. You will work closely with R&D teams, lead efforts to enhance scalability, security and cost efficiency, and shape the operational practices across all services. 

     

    This role offers full ownership of end-to-end delivery: from infrastructure as code through CI/CD, to production monitoring and incident response. You will define standards, drive technical decisions, and have a direct impact on the resilience and developer experience of a critical, high-traffic property portal.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the Madlan platform, ensuring smooth deployment cycles.
    • Manage and optimize production EKS clusters, including autoscaling policies and cost-aware provisioning.
    • Design, implement and maintain Terraform modules and state management for a fully automated environment.
    • Develop monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana and HashiCorp Vault to ensure observability and security.
    • Collaborate with R&D and AI departments to troubleshoot blockers and improve developer productivity.
    • Lead on-call rotations, respond to production incidents and conduct root cause analyses.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize AWS resource utilization to control costs and maintain performance.

     

     

    Required Competence and Skills:

    • At least 8 years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) in production environments.
    • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker, Helm, Skaffold, NGINX Ingress).
    • Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform, including module development and remote state management.
    • Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or CircleCI.
    • Experience operating data services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and Elasticsearch at scale.
