- Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and related frameworks, libraries, and technologies;
- Conduct regular code reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback;
- Plan and design scalable software architectures and technical solutions;
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement, optimization, and future development with supporting evidence;
- Analyze business requirements and provide accurate effort estimates for implementation;
- Research, learn, and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices;
- Write comprehensive unit tests and perform debugging to ensure software quality;
- Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications;

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP preferred)
- Data science and machine learning expertise would be a plus
- Product-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in agile team environments with minimal supervision
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written and verbal communication)

- Ability to research and secure unique backlinks from real businesses, and communicate directly with webmasters or site representatives.
- Proven experience in outreach and securing links through direct agreements with websites.
- Strong focus on link quality β we do not accept links from public link-buying platforms. Only unique backlinks from high-traffic, trustworthy sources are accepted.

- High-quality traffic (no crypto or other low-quality niches)
How it works:
STEP 1: You send us a list of unique websites, including the DR and organic US traffic for each one, along with the final price for us (i.e., the site ownerβs price + your commission).
STEP 2: Our CEO selects the sites. You will report directly to the CEO, who will approve the links. About 95% of communication will be with him.
STEP 3: You coordinate with the webmasters, create content if needed, and finalize the deals.
STEP 4: We pay you for the approved links (site cost + your commission). Payment can be upfront or after placement β whichever works best for you. Normally, we pay once a month, but this can be discussed. Your role and impact:
As an Automation Quality Assurance Specialist at WhiteTech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our cutting-edge payment solutions. Your efforts in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs, along with your active involvement in the entire software development lifecycle, will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our products. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to push the boundaries of what's possible in the fintech industry.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement across various platforms and devices.
- Automated Testing:
- Design and support Test Automation Frameworks (Playwright/TS) and infrastructure to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Create CI/CD pipelines
- Promote the use of the Shift Left testing approach. - Playwright Integration: Utilize Playwright for API, e2e and UI testing, contributing to seamless testing processes that align with our technological stack.
- Test Plan Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans of autotest coverage, including defining objectives, strategies, test cases, and success criteria.
- Bug Reporting: Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Testing: Assess system performance and make recommendations for enhancements, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Collaboration with Team: Work in close partnership with developers, PM, Head of QA and other stakeholders to align testing with business requirements and project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and tools, continuously enhancing our testing methodologies to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and any relevant observations, contributing to transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements & skills:
- Previous Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
- 2+ years hands on experience automation UI and API with JavaScript/TypeScript based test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Webdriver.IO);
- Performance testing experience with Jmeter or Locust is a plus - Manual Testing: Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and practices. You must understand and be able to discuss testing principles, levels, and basic test design techniques.
- Understanding of SDLC: Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and create effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review code, specifications, and documentation to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
- Experience with Version Control Systems:
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc;
Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket;
