Your Role & Impact

• Own the Entire Content Lifecycle
  You will be fully responsible for creating and executing a content plan: brainstorming topics, writing articles and  press releases, then tracking and analyzing their performance. There’s no pre-set plan — you’ll decide the best approach to meet your goals within Neuroshop.
• Develop and Drive Outreach Strategy
  You’ll build relationships with top-tier media outlets across the US and Europe. From identifying the right publications to negotiating coverage and coordinating interviews, you will be the go-to person for amplifying Neuroshop’s global reach.
• Influence Product & Growth
  As we expand into new markets and refine our products (like smart fridges, coffee modules, and our AI-driven software), your content and outreach will directly shape our product development and market strategy. You’ll collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, and Tech to align communication with Neuroshop’s evolving solutions.
• Strategic Autonomy
  No micromanagement. You will make key decisions about what content to produce, which outlets to target, and how to optimize our brand story for each audience. You’ll have full ownership of your results and the freedom to innovate.
• Report & Optimize
  Track engagement, monitor media coverage, and measure SEO impact. Use data to refine content strategy, ensuring every piece of copy and every outreach campaign drives measurable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation
   • Write high-impact articles, press releases and web copy that resonate with our target audiences.
   • Integrate basic SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, etc.) to ensure content ranks competitively.
2. Media & Influencer Outreach
   • Identify, pitch, and secure media placements and influencer collaborations.
   • Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier US/European tech and business publications.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to gather insights and incorporate product updates into your content.
   • Provide creative input on feature launches, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns.
4. Performance Tracking & Analysis
   • Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, media mentions, etc.).
   • Continually refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Growth Enablement
   • Actively contribute to shaping Neuroshop’s expansion strategy — your ideas will influence how we present ourselves in new markets and how our next-generation micromarkets evolve.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of Copywriting Experience
   • Proven success in creating engaging, results-driven content (portfolio required).
2. English Proficiency at C1 Level
   • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
3. Outreach to Mass Media
   • Background in pitching and securing coverage, particularly in the US and/or European markets. Existing contacts are a plus.
4. Basic SEO Knowledge
   • Ability to research keywords, integrate them effectively, and measure SEO performance.
5. Full-Time & Remote
   • Self-motivated, able to work independently, but open to collaboration with an international team.

As a Middle/Senior Product Analyst at JustAnswer, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the professional services domain driving long-term growth and leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.

About The Role

In this role, you will drive tangible business impact by delivering high-quality insights and recommendations, leveraging your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, uncovering business insights, devising optimization strategies, and validating them through experiments.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
• Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
• Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making

• Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.

   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
• Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
• Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
• Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
• English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).
