About Evestar
Evestar is an eCommerce marketing agency working with DTC brands, mostly in the US. We cover performance marketing, email and SMS, creative and technology, so retention here works hand in hand with paid media, creative and analytics rather than in a silo.

The role
You'll own email and retention for several eCommerce brands, from planning to building, launching and reporting, and you'll also help prepare creatives for their paid ad campaigns. You'll work with clients directly and be the person they trust with their email program.
Klaviyo is our main platform: almost all of our clients run on it, and only occasionally a brand uses a different email service.

What you'll do
- Build and optimize Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart and browse, post-purchase, winback and more
- Plan monthly campaign calendars and run campaigns end to end
- Prepare creatives for paid ad campaigns (Meta and other channels): concepts, copy and briefs for designers, together with our paid media team
- Set up segmentation and personalization to grow repeat purchases and revenue per recipient
- Analyze flow and campaign performance and turn the numbers into clear next steps
- Present results on client calls and propose what to test next
- Manage several accounts in parallel
- Use AI tools every day for research, copy, creative and analysis

What we're looking for
- 1,5+ year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform (Omnisend, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar): you've built flows and campaigns yourself. Klaviyo experience is preferred
- Experience in eCommerce email, retention or lifecycle marketing
- Solid understanding of email and eCommerce metrics: open and click rates, conversion, revenue per recipient, repeat rate, LTV
- English C1: confident on client calls and in writing
- Organized and able to work independently across multiple accounts
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work

Nice to have
- Experience preparing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok or Google
- Shopify experience
- SMS marketing (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive)
- Design skills in Figma
- Agency background or experience with US eCommerce brands

Working hours
9:00–17:00 Eastern Time (Miami / New York), which is 16:00–00:00 Kyiv time or 15:00–23:00 Central European Time. Our clients and calls are in this time zone.

What we offer
- Fully remote, full-time, long-term role
- US eCommerce brands and real ownership of your accounts
- Close work with our paid media, creative and other teams
- Compensation based on experience

How to apply
Send your CV and, if you can, an example of a flow or campaign you built: a screenshot or a short description with results.

Please also mention your availability to work US Eastern Time.

— Experience with Docker and Linux environments.

— Knowledge of MQTT and WebSockets.

— Responsible approach to production systems: safe migrations, environment separation, secrets management.

— Good English for technical documentation and code.

— Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Own and support core ML infrastructure (MLflow, CVAT, GPU/CPU cloud instances, internal data tools).
• Assist Data Engineers with deploying and maintaining data pipelines.

About us

Softprom is a value-added IT distributor founded in 1999: 27 years in the market, 33 countries, 120+ vendors across five practices: Cybersecurity, Cloud & AI, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, CAD & Graphics.

Cybersecurity is Softprom's largest practice: 70+ vendors. The portfolio includes CyberArk, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Imperva, Forcepoint, Trellix, Rapid7, Cloudflare, Segura and others. We run our own industry events and cybersecurity forums in several countries and work with integrator partners and end customers: banks, industry, the public sector.

Why this role exists

In the Cybersecurity practice, marketing has two jobs:

1. Maintain and strengthen Softprom's position as the leading cybersecurity distributor in our markets.
2. Generate demand for the portfolio vendors — real inquiries that convert into deals — and attract vendor marketing budgets for it.

Who we are looking for

• Systematic and self-sufficient — you need a goal, not daily supervision.
• Proactive — you don't wait for tasks, you bring a plan.
• Analytical — you make decisions based on data.
• Who builds lead generation chains and understands the full journey from traffic source to deal: what came from where, what worked, what influenced the result.
• Who understands cybersecurity as a market: who buys, who influences the decision, how to speak to a CISO and to an integrator partner in different words.
• Who sets up channels so the result is visible — transparent analytics, correct attribution, confirmed numbers.
• Ready to be accountable for results — demand and meetings that convert into deals, not activity counts.

What you will do

• Promotion tactics for the practice and individual vendors in the portfolio: annual and quarterly plans.
• Aligning plans with brand managers, regions and vendors, including attracting vendor marketing budgets and reporting on them.
• Content development: landing pages, email sequences, case studies, event materials, multi-vendor thematic campaigns.
• Setting up communication channels: digital advertising, email marketing, social media, the website.
• Organizing and running our own events (online and offline), participating in industry events; webinars with vendors.
• Working with leads: handover to sales, monitoring the processing SLA, nurturing.
• Analytics and reporting: leads, cost per lead, conversion, ROMI, vendor reports.

Focus markets: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and other countries where Softprom operates.

What matters to us

• 3+ years of B2B lead generation, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on digital practice: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, analytics (GA4, CRM reporting; HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Experience organizing online and offline events.
• Experience with vendors or partner programs is a plus.
• English Intermediate+ — communication with global vendors.
• Confident daily use of AI tools: copy, analytics, routine automation. Having set up at least one agent or automated scenario is a plus.

SLA — process standards

• The activity plan for the portfolio vendors delivered on the agreed dates.
• Vendor reporting within the deadlines agreed with each vendor.

KPI — results

• Quantity and quality of generated leads (MQL → SQL).
• Vendor budgets attracted: requested, utilized, ROMI.

What we offer

• Compensation: base salary + performance-linked bonus.
• Fully remote work.
• Promoting solutions of global cybersecurity leaders.
• International markets: Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
• Freedom in tools: we are open to any approach — what matters is return on investment.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team.  As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data models, analyzing complex business problems, and developing solutions that help optimize sales, marketing, pricing, and overall commercial performance in a leading American publishing house.

The role will contribute to the transition from primarily descriptive analytics toward more advanced, data-driven decision making.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in data science roles;
• Strong experience applying data science and machine learning to business problems, ideally in areas such as sales, marketing, customer behavior, demand forecasting, or pricing optimization;
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, and machine learning;
• Proficient in using agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor
• Experience with SciKit-learn, Pytorch, and similar machine learning frameworks for building and deploying machine learning models;
• Experience working with modern data warehouses/lakehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Strong background in data science, with extensive experience in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced data models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in the publishing domain, like author discovery;
• Analyze sales, marketing, customer, product, and pricing data to identify opportunities and support business decisions;
• Develop data-driven approaches to areas such as demand forecasting, customer behavior, sales optimization, marketing effectiveness, and pricing;
