    Your future responsibilities:

    • Create comprehensive documentation, including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML) and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation
    • Collaborate with project participants to collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for various project components
    • Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project goals
    • Conduct data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow support and structures meet project objectives and reporting requirements
    • Analyze system integration points, ensuring smooth data exchange between various components and systems
    • Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and fit with project objectives
    • Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, providing clarity for developers and project participants
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure system changes are compliant and maintain high quality
    • Assist in change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes and stakeholders, and assist in communication and training activities

    Your skills and experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business or systems analysis and/or product management
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
    • Formulation of high-level technical requirements and specifications for the software product
    • Mastery of process visualization tools Visio, Draw.io
    • Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
    • Experience in building/rebuilding processes

    The project is an innovative platform for independent musicians, offering comprehensive tools for all aspects of creative activity. The main features include:

    • Collaborative music creation: The platform allows musicians to work on compositions online, utilizing synthesizers, drums, and effects.
    • Catalog management: The platform ensures efficient metadata management, share allocation, and rights tracking, maintaining transparency among participants.
    • Music registration: Automation of registration processes to collect royalties through collective rights management organizations.
    • Music distribution: Global digital distribution of works on popular platforms.

    The platform focuses on transparency and artist support, offering a model that allows musicians to retain 100% of their royalty income.

     

    Job Requirements

    Core Technologies (Must Haves):


    Back-end: 

    • Python 3.12 or higher;
    • Django 4 or higher (including Django Templates);
    • Celery + Redis or RabbitMQ;
    • PostgreSQL, MySQL.

     

    Front-end:

    • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including responsive design);
    • Experience with JavaScript and libraries (e.g., jQuery, Dropzone, Wavesurfer, Select2, ApexChart etc.);
    • Proficiency in working with Django Templates to create dynamic content.
    • Experience with React or another front-end framework.

     

    Additional Technologies (will be a plus):

    • Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
    • Experience with DRF framework.
    • Experience with payment processors (preferably Chargebee and Braintree);
    • Experience with parsing and generating different file formats like CSV, XML, JSON, Plain Text
    • Experience with version control systems (Git).
    • Basic knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD setup, monitoring).
    • Familiarity with Docker is a plus.
    • Experience with asynchronous tasks using Celery.
    • Skills in optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
    • Understanding of building scalable and reliable web applications.
    • Experience integrating with cloud services like AWS.
