OnePlusOne Solutions is building a pool of trusted Senior WordPress Developers for upcoming projects.
We’re looking for a highly experienced, self-sufficient specialist — a true all-rounder — who already runs their own projects but can allocate time for us on demand, as new WordPress projects come in.

This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, clear communication, and long-term professional collaboration.
 

What we’re looking for

• Strong, proven experience as a WordPress Developer (senior level)
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, plugins, customization, and performance
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ACF Pro, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Yoast SEO (or equivalents)
  • Popular page builders: Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, Avada
• Experience building custom themes, plugins, and widgets
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
• Strong English (B2+/C1) — confident spoken and written communication
• Availability for communication and syncs in the second half of the day
   

What you’ll do (when projects are active)

• Develop custom WordPress websites from scratch to production
• Improve, extend, and maintain existing WordPress projects
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and UI/UX teams
• Ensure performance, stability, and clean code
• Handle both frontend and backend tasks as needed
• Monitor and optimize live websites
