Agentic AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, MCP, and advanced automation workflows.
 

Required Experience & Skills:

⁠ ⁠• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI development.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding and practical experience with MCP.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms like n8n.
•⁠ ⁠Experience working with AI tools such as Claude.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI agents, and backend integrations.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with prompt engineering, prompt design, and prompt evaluation.

Nice to Have:

⁠• Experience working with AWS.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle, retention analytics, or marketing automation platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Experience building production-grade AI automations or agent-based systems.
