Your role
As Territory Sales Manager (Ukraine), you are the sole owner of our client’s commercial success in Ukraine. This is a hybrid “Hunter-Farmer” role with a strong emphasis on new business. You are responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing new deals, while acting as the official face of our client in the region and managing existing commercial relationships.
You will navigate a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles (3–6 months), working directly with military units, volunteers, and the Ministry of Defence. You operate with a high degree of autonomy and are accountable for the entire commercial landscape in Ukraine: from winning new contracts to ensuring existing customers grow with our client.
Your responsibilities will include
Full-Cycle Closing: Identifying prospects, conducting discovery, demonstrating value, negotiating terms, and signing contracts independently.
Local Representation: Acting as our client’s official representative in Ukraine; building and maintaining trust with government bodies, industry partners, and the defence community to secure long-term market position.

🔥 What You’ll Do
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates (direct partners + affiliate networks)
- Launch and manage profitable offers across CPA / RevShare / CPS models
- Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure compliance
- Optimize funnels, creatives, and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop:
- banners
- landing pages
- promotional assets
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
Continuously test new GEOs, offers, and growth opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, SEO, or media buying
- Solid understanding of CPA models and basic tracking tools

– Model data for decisions (star schemas, marts) that Product, BI, and Finance use daily.

– Optimize ETL/ELT for speed and cost (partitioning, clustering, late arrivals, idempotency).
– Keep promo data clean and compliant (PII, GDPR, access controls).
– Partner with POs and analysts on bets/wins/turnover KPIs, experiment readouts, and ROI.
– Evaluate tools, migrate or deprecate with clear trade-offs and docs.

Requirements
– 4+ years building production data systems. You’ve shipped, broken, and fixed pipelines at scale.

– ETL/ELT orchestration (Airflow/Prefect or similar) and CI/CD for data.
