    Main Responsibilities

    β€” Planning, launching, and optimizing traffic acquisition campaigns on Google Ads (the primary channel) for iOS applications
    β€” Developing and testing creative strategies with a focus on video creatives, specifically modal ads that mimic system notifications
    β€” Managing large budgets and distributing them effectively to achieve target CPA goals
    β€” Full-cycle campaign management: from creating creatives to analyzing performance and scaling successful setups
    β€” Close collaboration with the team to achieve key business metrics

     

    Mandatory Requirements

    β€” Has a proven track record as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer in large companies specializing in iOS applications (niche apps, cleaners, VPNs)
    β€” Mandatory experience: Working with Google Ads and apps on a subscription model
    β€” The ideal candidate has deep experience with modal ad creatives for YouTube and other video platforms within Google UAC
    β€” Understands key metrics: Cost per Subscription (CPA), Cost per Trial, Retention
