What you'll do

• Design and execute the company's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
• Build, mentor, and lead the Sales and Lead Generation teams, setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and performance benchmarks

What we're looking for

• 7–10 years in B2B IT sales, including 3+ years leading a sales team (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or Sales Team Lead) in software development or IT consulting
• Recent, hands-on experience selling in the IT Outsourcing model — end-to-end custom software solutions — rather than Outstaff/dedicated-team staffing
• A track record of consistently closing $50k–$500k deals through a repeatable sales process (not occasional $1M+ contracts)
• Experience defining ICPs, Buyer Personas, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy
• Domain understanding of selling custom software development, Data Engineering, AI/Data Science, or Cloud services, with a clear point of view on how to position them
• Data-driven approach to sales metrics, forecasting, conversion optimization, and CRM management
• English: C1, with strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills

About the Role

As Digital Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Digital Department — from P&L and campaign profitability to media delivery, client retention, upselling, team management, and process optimization.

Your key objective will be to ensure that client media plans are delivered effectively and in full, agreed KPIs are achieved, target margins are maintained, and existing client relationships are developed into sustainable growth opportunities.

You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales/Business Development, AdOps, Performance, Operations, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance & P&L

• Own the P&L of the Digital Department and ensure sustainable profitability.
• Monitor campaign and department-level margins and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Control direct costs and resource allocation across the department.
• Ensure campaigns operate within agreed profitability targets.
• Provide the CEO with monthly P&L reporting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Media Delivery & Campaign Performance

• Ensure full and effective utilization of client media budgets.
• Oversee the execution of client media plans across Awareness and Performance campaigns.
• Monitor key media KPIs and benchmarks, including Reach, Frequency, CPM, CPV, CPA, and other campaign-specific metrics.
• Initiate campaign adjustments, optimization, pauses, or relaunches when performance deviates from agreed benchmarks or negatively impacts profitability.
• Ensure consistent delivery quality across the entire client portfolio.

Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence

• Build and maintain a structured Quality Assurance framework for digital campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with Enterprise-level brands and complex client accounts.
