    We are now looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop of integration applications on the IBM App Connect Enterprise integration bus in accordance with the current tasks of the department;
    • Participate in the design of microservices and their databases;
    • Implement unit and integration tests;
    • Develop new features and make updates of existent microservices on a daily-basis;
    • Write clean, testable, maintainable code, and continue to grow development skills;
    • Perform requirement analysis and features estimation;
    • Prepare API documentation of microservices;
    • Share knowledge of the project with team members.
       

     

    Requirements:

    • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field;
    • 5+ years of commercial experience in Java;
    • Good understanding of OOP principles, OOP design, and design patterns;
    • Good understanding of microservices architectural principles and experience in the development of RESTful applications and microservices;
    • Good practical experience with Java 11+, Spring 5+ / Spring Boot 2+ (Data JPA/Hibernate, Security, Cloud), JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers, Kafka / RabbitMQ;

    • Building user-friendly UIs, the ability to prototype UIs at a basic level (in Figma, Bolsamiq Mockups, etc.)

    About your role:

    We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Evening and Night shifts) with English (B1+). You will be the first point of contact for our users, supporting them via email and live chat. Your vector of work: shorten time-to-resolution, raise satisfaction, and strengthen the loop between Support, QA, and Compliance. Also, you will own the first response, add complete context before escalation, and keep communication transparent and empathetic, so streamers can focus on creating, not troubleshooting.

    In this role, you will

    • Handle incoming requests via Zendesk (email and live chat), focusing on agent and streamer account issues and technical troubleshooting.
    • Ensure fast and effective resolution of user requests to reduce response time and increase user satisfaction.
    • Follow platform standards (SLA, tone of voice, policy guidelines).
    • Escalate complex cases to L2 and other teams with complete context and structured information.
    • Collaborate with Success, QA, Compliance, Moderation, and Technical teams.
    • Properly document and transfer cases between shifts (especially critical for night operations).
    • Collect and share user feedback to improve product and support processes.


    It’s all about you

    • Open to shift-based work (evenings now, night shifts in the future).
    • Understanding about customer-facing roles (customer support, success, client service, or related roles).
    • English level B1+ (strong written communication is critical).
    • Write clearly, politely, and grammatically correct.
