Role Overview 

We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer to join our team and provide first-line technical support for our trading and order routing applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment. 

We have 3 shifts, and coverage will be required for all 3 if needed.

Responsibilities 

• Monitor production systems and trading applications 
• Investigate and triage incidents and alerts 
• Perform initial troubleshooting and log analysis (Linux environment) 
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 or engineering teams when necessary 
• Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders 
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures

Join a fast-growing European deep-tech startup developing advanced autonomy and perception solutions for next-generation UAV systems. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Drone/Robotics Engineer to bring cutting-edge autonomy software from the lab to the field. 

In this role, you will integrate and deploy autonomy algorithms across a wide range of UAV platforms — from agile FPV drones to large fixed-wing aircraft. Acting as the crucial link between our autonomy software and the drone systems, you’ll work hands-on to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance in real-world environments.

You’ll collaborate with an international team of engineers and researchers across Europe, as well as local partners in Ukraine. Expect a dynamic mix of field testing, system integration, and close teamwork with both hardware and software specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key member of the engineering team responsible for deploying autonomy solutions across diverse UAV platforms.
• Developing robust interfaces between autonomy algorithms and drone flight controllers.
• Integrating and testing full-stack autonomy solutions on partner platforms, often in close collaboration with partner engineering teams.
• Providing structured feedback to the autonomy development team, based on observations from field tests and operational flights.
• Traveling to partner sites to work on-site and ensure the solutions function reliably in demanding real-world conditions ("in the dirt"). You will mostly be working with our Ukrainian partners.

What we expect from you

• Strong Proficiency in working in a fully terminal-based Linux environment without reliance on GUIs, shell scripting for automation and deployment tasks, Linux file system and command-line tools, and debugging system-level issues using the Linux terminal.
• Experience working with drone flight controllers such as Ardupilot, or PX4.
• Familiar with embedded Linux devices such as Raspberry Pi’s, NVIDIA Jetsons.
• Solid understanding of UAV components and hardware, including battery management and practical electronics, with hands-on experience. Ideally you have built, flown, and debugged a drone yourself
• Practical experience building and deploying Docker containers.
• Experience of both Python and C++ is a plus.
• A willingness to pick up and learn new concepts quickly and to self-acquire missing background knowledge.

We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can build and manage a comprehensive content and marketing strategy for corporate social media channels and executives’ personal brands.

The main goal is to systematically increase brand awareness, strengthen trust in the company’s expertise, and generate high-quality inbound leads through social media.

Corporate Channels:

• LinkedIn (English-speaking market)
• Instagram (Italian market)

Executives’ Personal Brands:

• LinkedIn (2 profiles)
• Instagram (2 profiles)
• Facebook (1 profile)

All channels must function as a unified system with aligned positioning, tone of voice, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a unified SMM/content strategy across all directions (corporate + personal brands) with clear KPIs.
• Plan content: content pillars, series, key messages, CTAs, and editorial calendar.
• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook: post copy, structured formats, Reels/Shorts scripts, storytelling.
• Transform executives’ expert insights into strong content: interviews → drafts → final posts / video scripts.
• Coordinate production: prepare briefs for designers/editors (or handle basic design/editing independently), ensure quality control and publishing.
• Manage audience engagement: responses, moderation, community activities, organic growth.
• Analytics and optimization: weekly/monthly reports, growth hypotheses, A/B testing approaches, conversion improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SMM for B2B or expert/corporate brands.
• Strong English copywriting skills (especially for LinkedIn): clear structure, clarity, executive tone.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn mechanics: formats, reach, engagement, thought leadership development.
• Ability to work systematically: processes, deadlines, content planning, quality standards.
• Strong visual sense and ability to brief designers/editors effectively.
